<p>身為一個求學階段沒有受過<a href="https://www.gender.edu.tw/web/index.php/home" target="_blank" rel="noopener">性平教育</a>的成年人(台灣超過38歲的人求學階段尚未實施性平教育)，說來慚愧，對性平教育有些陌生，遑論<a href="https://taiwanbar.cc/education/sex-education-communicate/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">性教育</a>。</p>



<p>很高興報名上由<a href="https://www.instagram.com/youth.ntpc/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">新北市政府青年局</a>主辦，<a href="https://tgeea.org.tw/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">台灣性別平等教育協會</a>執行的「全面・性教育 活動設計工作坊」(新北場也是第一場)，在八月的第一天來板橋上課。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、觀念初探：何謂全面性教育？</h2>



<p>上午場前半段，由<a href="https://tgeea.org.tw/our-member/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">大觀國小紀孟均老師</a>結合理論和實務，帶我們認識「全面性教育」。</p>



<p>(上課前主辦單位請參與者先自行閱讀<a href="https://unesdoc.unesco.org/ark:/48223/pf0000260770_chi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">國際性教育技術指導綱要</a>，這是UNESCO官方文件；以及性平協的專文介紹<a href="https://rainbowteam.tgeea.org.tw/what-is-comprehensive-sexuality-education/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">何謂全面性教育</a>，有興趣的朋友歡迎點進去參考)</p>



<p>講師先請大家回想自己的小時候對性議題的認識管道，再帶入<a href="https://www.children.org.tw/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">兒福聯盟</a>的一些調查數據，給大家參考。</p>

<p>接著講師以目前國中小教科書有關性平教育的部分篇章舉例，説明目前國中小教科書的六大問題。例如在健教課本中，作為人體構造認識的男體和女體圖片，都是較符合主流價值觀(沒有過胖或過瘦)的直立人，忽略其他身體樣貌。</p>



<p>講師也補充自己的教學經驗，認為與其用體驗的方式試圖靠近別人的生命經驗(用VR體驗性暴力、負荷重物體驗懷孕等等)，他會傾向用「邀請他人來分享生命經驗」取代。(人沒辦法完全體會另一個人獨特的生命經驗)</p>



<p>雖然時間不太充足，孟均老師的簡報沒辦法一一細講，但覺得能有這樣長期深耕性平教育的老師，我們的下一代很幸福啊！</p>

<p>111年2月，健體領域課程手冊有增修，在壹之四添加了「全面性教育的意涵及教學實踐」。</p>

<p>看完了目前國中小課本中關於性平教育的部分，我們開始認識「<a href="https://familyedu.moe.gov.tw/reDocDetail.aspx?uid=8918&amp;pid=8906&amp;rt=5&amp;docid=306940" target="_blank" rel="noopener">全面性教育</a>」是什麼</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">二、活動筋骨：全面性教育活動示例</h2>



<p>上午場後半段，由<a href="https://www.facebook.com/eduyungho/?locale=zh_TW" target="_blank" rel="noopener">永和社大</a>的<a href="https://mag.clab.org.tw/clabo-article/supqueerclubb/?fbclid=IwY2xjawL6nWtleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHst1fXz6BMfD706ubPMMl0oy9xreByU4d5jFsEAPK0kHqfkKdFRoWYCYBCkg_aem_Le5LEj1s9Rqo1VLbBMRSEA" target="_blank" rel="noopener">莊漢琳老師</a>帶大家以小組進行的方式玩桌遊。</p>



<p>藉由一連串的選擇、抽牌，讓大家體驗在社會中，如果以單身/有伴的狀態，去進行生育/收養，會遇到哪些狀況。對於沒有生育經驗的我來說，非常具有震撼效果。(真是太不容易了，就算準備得再充足，還是有很多運氣成分)</p>

<p>上午場順利結束。用餐時間，講師請大家傳麥克風自我介紹。參與者除了數位國小、國中老師外，有外師、性愛教練、親職師、心理師、諮商系的學生、遊戲創作者、關心相關議題的大學生和媽媽&#8230;&#8230;.多元的組成，在下午活動設計中，也激盪出許多精彩的火花。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">三、看片時間：影片賞析與分組討論</h2>



<p>下午場前半段，我們看了兩部短片，來討論在全面性教育中可以探討的面向，分別是《<a href="https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=9534128859939182" target="_blank" rel="noopener">青春浴事</a>》和另一部<a href="https://tgeea.org.tw/international-exchange/39905/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">討論性行為的動畫</a>。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">四、如何談性：活動設計</h2>



<p>下午場後半段，分成兩到三人為一組，在一個小時裡根據「全面性教育」的綱要，產出一份行動方案。</p>

<p>和我同組的是一位經驗豐富的國中健教老師，很高興有機會交流，也一起產出一個針對「家長」的行動方案。(在報到入座時，四張桌子就標示行動方案的倡議對象：家長、學生、社區、網路)</p>

<p>每一組有三分半鐘口頭發表。孟均老師聽完後提醒我們：網路交友除了提醒風險，或許可以更進一步討論現實狀況：我就是很想傳照片，如果傳了要注意哪些事情？如何預防傳照片後的風險？或許也更貼近全面性教育的精神。</p>



<p>老師的提醒很中肯：教育現場的確以預防風險為主，這也是倡議的一個面向，但身為大人的我們能不能看見，接納學生使用社群媒體的真實需求？這是今天很棒的收穫之一。</p>



<p>短短一天的工作坊，初步認識全面性教育、體驗桌遊、看了兩部短片、還跟夥伴合作產出行動方案～收穫滿滿！無論是家長、老師&#8230;&#8230;我認為每個人都應該要好好了解何謂「全面性教育」，就算不是為了教育下一代，也當作幫自己補上一堂重要的課。</p>
