<p class="wp-block-paragraph">中央書局是中區頗有歷史和知名度的老牌書店。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">初次走馬看花的感想：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.三層樓的空間都十分寬敞明亮，光進門就覺得舒服</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2.一樓陳列飲食、台灣、史地等書，還有一些文創商品；二樓主要是繪本和簡單餐點，可坐下好好看書；三樓這次有些可惜，剛好在辦旅遊講座(平日的下午，完全坐滿！)，就沒有細逛了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">走個約一公里左右，就到了<a href="https://www.ntmc.gov.tw/home/zh-tw" target="_blank" rel="noopener">國家漫畫博物館籌備處</a>，這裡原本是臺中刑務所官舍群。根據<a href="https://www.ntmc.gov.tw/home/zh-tw/architectures" target="_blank" rel="noopener">官網說明</a>，包含典獄官舍及浴場、刑務所官舍群、演武場等共19棟日式建築群(東側15棟、北側4棟)，為臺灣現有日治時期刑務所系統中保存最為完整的建築群體。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「青漫獎」是表揚在漫畫創作上展現優異潛力與創意表現的青少年學子，這個展間展出得獎作品。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">老實說我沒有特別愛看漫畫，但眼看火炬傳承到下一代，好令人感動。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">老實說我不是熱愛漫畫者，對漫畫最多的熱情就是國小、中時期的《灌籃高手》。直近兩年才知道，原來台灣也是有這麼多厲害的漫畫，剛好又擔任閱推老師，籌辦過一次台漫書展。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">相信在政府挹注資金和社會風氣逐漸改變下，下一代會跟台漫有更多精彩而多元的相遇。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">只能說事先沒有查班次(想說到了台中車站再說？)，其實有直達公車，硬是換了班公車還走了好幾百公尺，才終於抵達。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">綠美圖的大廳有兩個入口，分別通往圖書館和美術館，我先到圖書館參觀。二樓有這個「慶祝圖書館十週年」主題書展。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">現在逛圖書館和書店很難不職業病發作，觀察人家如何策展、又擺了哪些書&#8230;&#8230;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">觀察書籍陳列方式，也不是從000-900，依序從低樓層一路往上陳列。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">綠美圖的特色之一，就是根據「客群」陳列書籍，雖然我稍微逛逛之下，覺得有些書應該在不同書架都有重複，但如果銀彈夠，這麼做也能成功吸引「客群」也很好。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">近幾年到各縣市的圖書館，都會看到<a href="https://www.openbook.org.tw/article/p-1027" target="_blank" rel="noopener">該地地方學</a>的書櫃區。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">漫畫區的書櫃都特意做得很底矮，能理解用意，但有時候大人也想看漫畫啊啊啊！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這不是專門設置給兒童或青少年的地方就是一般書區，書架還是很低(可以照片左邊黑衣人為比例尺)可能是為了空間敞亮的設計考量，但要一直蹲下找書，真的很累。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「世界的索引」據館員說法，是開館以來第一個特展。有種在看3D百科全書的主題書展之感。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">每張展示桌上懸吊著該桌主題，下方陳列相關文物和書籍，據說這種桌子也是特別訂做的。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">用兩個小時走馬看花逛完綠美圖的圖書館部分，粗略感想：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">空間很敞亮舒服、有些書架實在太低、在各樓層穿插展覽(的部分)很不錯、好多椅子都沒有靠背坐起來不舒服，如果住附近我應該會常來。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「離開規劃好的人生，開始走上歧路的我，清白而正直的色彩逐漸淡去，變得隨便而不拘小節。不可思議地，捨棄了清白與正直之後，我的身體稍稍變得強壯起來。難道精神和身體兩者是反向而行的嗎？」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">背負著對過往隊友愧疚的女主角清，離開家鄉、離開喜愛的排球，到即將廢校的高中擔任老師，卻被指派為只有一名成員的文藝社社團指導老師，並且和已婚男子發生婚外情。卻在和唯一社員的交流中，體會閱讀的樂趣，在意想不到之處重拾人生。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">《<a href="https://search.books.com.tw/search/query/key/%E7%80%A8%E5%B0%BE%E9%BA%BB%E8%A1%A3%E5%AD%90/adv_author/1/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">圖書館之神</a>》是本屋大賞冠軍《<a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010867554?sloc=main" target="_blank" rel="noopener">接棒家族</a>》作者瀨尾麻衣子較早期的作品，清淡的筆觸中蘊含滋味。可能作者也曾當過國中老師，在描寫女主角的心境時，常令我會心一笑：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「教師是項不自由的工作。即使不想見任何人，還是必須要和許多人接觸」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">決定和唯一社員重整圖書館：「早起整理書籍，雖然麻煩，卻很愉快。改變書籍排列的工作，使得我內心沉積已久的事物，變得煥然一新。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">無論是整理自己的書櫃、或學校圖書館的書櫃，也讓我有此感受。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">作者<a href="https://search.books.com.tw/search/query/key/%E9%99%B3%E6%A0%A2%E9%9D%92/adv_author/1/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">陳栢青</a>在此書的導讀中，以「微世界的翻新組合、分子排列與心靈結構的汰舊換新、宇宙分子大爆炸渾沌初開，只有神能行此大能」來指稱書目整理，十分傳神。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://www.openbook.org.tw/article/p-818" target="_blank" rel="noopener">書店工作者沈如瑩的文章</a>中也指出，在十幾年的書業工作中，「這(整理書櫃)是最基本、最重要，也是最有趣的。」藉由整理書櫃，和讀者談心。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">日子淡淡的過、看似日常的推移中靜靜的療傷，也得到意外的寬慰之語：「我想，並不需要一個月換一次花，只要一年一次，在您有空閒的時間就好。不，該說我希望您這麼做。因為您的新生活才正要展開。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">更不用提書中還有充滿趣味的姐弟互動，也常令人莞爾而笑，推薦這本小說給大家。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">最近的閱推工作之一，是準備第一次段考完，跨過週末就要開展的主題書展。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這次的書展，以電影 《<a href="https://www.netflix.com/tw/title/81498621" target="_blank" rel="noopener">獵魔女團</a>》為出發點，搭配學習單，採購許多在<a href="https://book.moc.gov.tw/book/new/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">第四十七屆中小學生讀物選介</a>上的優質漫畫，以及kpop流行文化的相關資料，希望能引起學生共鳴。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於館員臨時離職，四個閱推老師對新書上架的業務很陌生，這陣子常利用空堂抱著電腦去圖書館key ISBN、貼索書號、蓋大小章&#8230;&#8230;.一陣兵荒馬亂總算在週五下班前搞定。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">辦這個書展會不會就是一場煙火，學生之後也不會進圖書館？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這些疑問如泡泡般，波波波在我心中迴響著。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">從〈閱讀推廣的的自問自答〉中隔空解惑</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">前幾天看到被譽為「公共圖書館之母」，<a href="https://search.books.com.tw/search/query/key/%E9%99%B3%E6%98%AD%E7%8F%8D/adv_author/1/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">陳昭珍教授</a>的一篇文章〈<a href="https://teacherlibrarian.lib.ntnu.edu.tw/index.jsp?issue=87" target="_blank" rel="noopener">閱讀推廣的的自問自答</a>〉，原來她也有過這樣的疑惑。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">文章一開始，教授受邀去擔任某圖書館閱讀推廣優良文案徵選，看著「閱讀ft.夏令營」、「閱讀ft.電競」等主題，都十分用心。但到底為什麼要辦活動來推廣閱讀？人的閱讀能力和興趣是什麼時候、怎麼養成的？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1983 年，心理學家珍妮-查爾(Jeanne Chall)博士出版《閱讀發展階段》(Stages of Reading Development)。 ，將閱讀能力分成六個發展階段，而這也成為教育界在閱讀教育與推廣非常重要的依據。簡而言之，小學四年級左右是從「學習閱讀」過渡到「從閱讀中學習」的關鍵期，所以小學四年級以前要學會閱讀，也成為各國政府很重要的教育指標。<br><br>也因此，昭珍教授開始關心中小學生的閱讀環境及閱讀教育，因為錯過了這個時期，也會錯過對閱讀的愛。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">讓讀者與書相遇的關鍵</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">辦這麽多熱鬧的閱讀活動(相信昭珍教授也看過不計其數，用心設計的閱讀推動教案)，真的能讓讀者與書好好相遇嗎？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">她在文章中這麼說：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我慢慢的了解，在推廣閱讀的過程中，最重要的，是要推廣「這一本書」、「這一系列的書」、「這個主題的這些書」，如果推廣的人不知道要推廣的標的物是甚麼，對標的物不是很清楚，自己沒有看過，沒有心得，要如何推廣呢？閱讀的核心就是讀者與讀本之間的對話，我們可以擴展這個對話圈，但是不能沒有這個核心對話。</p>
</blockquote>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">看到這段話我想起「繁華落盡見真淳」這句話。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">佈置的再美再絢麗，身為策展人的我，如果就是興沖沖把書買來、耗費心力上架、花時間做海報&#8230;&#8230;.但自己根本沒翻開過書，要如何跟學生對話？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">昭珍教授接著說：「讓讀者和喜歡的讀本相遇，喜歡可能會喜歡的書，是圖書館推廣閱讀時最重要的任務」。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">要推廣閱讀的老師、家長、館員&#8230;&#8230;自己先讀過，才知道適合用什麼方式推廣，更是關鍵，例如「主題書展所展示的每一本書都要用心挑選過，展示目標，有策展說明，圖書介紹及簡單的學習活動。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">讀完昭珍教授的文章，讓我對辦主題書展的疑惑消除大半，現在就是要如何落實。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">決定下週去重拍新書照，以倒數計時書展開幕一天一篇文的方式，發文在圖書館粉專上來介紹新書。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">開學第一週，四位閱推夥伴除了要各自備課、認識新班級、新學生&#8230;&#8230;也抓緊共同的空堂開會、協調如何分工和合作，準備迎接圖書股長幹部訓練。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">再小的細節裡，都藏著你意想不到的前人智慧</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">預計要發給各班圖書股長的資料，有位夥伴幫忙印出，我們分裝進資料夾；我則處理要給各班導師的幹訓通知單。本以為就是換個日期，想到幹訓完圖書股長要搬書箱回去，順手加了句：「請圖書股長多帶一個同學來搬書箱」。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">有位前任閱推夥伴(目前因私人因素留職停薪中，但很好心還留在群組中，讓我們詢問不清楚的部分)，看到我丟出修改後的表單，馬上私訊我，表示之前這樣做過，效果不佳。那些「plus 1」在圖書館講個不停，嚴重影響幹部訓練。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">感謝她立刻提供「前車之鑑」的經驗分享，後來四位夥伴也一起順利完成圖書股長幹訓。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">作家金宇澄有次在<a href="https://www.openbook.org.tw/article/p-976" target="_blank" rel="noopener">訪談</a>中提到：「細節就像是法律文件上的圖章，是最有效力的。細節能夠產生合理性。說這麼多也就是想說，細節最能說明問題，緊密獨特的細節，是無與倫比的真實。誇張點來說，細節能夠產生歷史，產生一切。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">細節的確最能說明問題，是無與倫比的真實。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">《列車上的女孩》的文案，也是用「細節」創造真實的好例子：「上市三個月，紙本書、電子書、有聲書累計的讀者可塞滿11428個紐約地鐵車廂。」當用「11428個車廂」去呈現，這本小說的熱銷狀況，一覽無遺。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">感謝這位閱推夥伴提供自己切身經歷的「細節」，讓我們避免踩雷。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">陣容忽然龐大的跨校研習</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">今年跨五校閱推課程的共同主題是「新北市立美術館」。負責主辦跨校增能研習的我，安排第一場研習是參加新美館的導覽。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">館方規定，申請平日導覽的團體須滿二十人，否則無法成行；此外，雖然我們是因教育目的進行參訪，沒有新北市戶籍的夥伴，還是要支付一百元的門票費用；每位參與者都要支付三十元的耳機清潔費。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">人數方面：五校閱推老師加起來就八個，要如何滿二十人？閱推老師的研習時間固定在週四下午，另外十二人去哪裡找？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">詢問主任想法，她建議開個表單，邀請同仁們一起參與。這又會牽扯到非閱推老師參與是否有公假？課務要自己還是排代？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">費用方面：經調查後，閱推老師中有幾位非新北市民，由於這是公假研習，是否能用相關經費支出？另外，也邀請了辛苦的志工夥伴們，是否也能用經費支出，藉機表達我們的感謝？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">不熟稔相關行政運作細節的我，頓時感到一個頭兩個大，擔心萬一漏了哪位，沒能協助買票或準備伴手禮，那真是招待不周。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">過幾天後，在走廊上巧遇一位有填表單報名的同仁，她主動表示，很感謝閱推團隊辦這個活動，雖然她就住附近，但沒聽過導覽，趁這機會一起去聽。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">本來煩惱於種種執行細節，忽然覺得應該感恩，有這樣的機會一起去增廣見聞。有句話這麼說：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「感恩」是在培養我們的眼光，讓我們去搜尋我們比較少注意到的方向。它所帶來的副作用，是調節我們的情緒，支撐著我們不致墮落，或者享受已經存在的美好。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">而這樣利用平日下午，一個小時的導覽，也是種小小旅行。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">作家 普魯斯特曾說：「真正的旅程，不是以同樣的眼光看一百個地方， 而是以一百種眼光看同一片土地。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">相信這趟有五校閱推老師、校內同仁、志工夥伴、社大講師&#8230;..參與的新美館導覽，會讓我們用各自的眼光，看見這片土地不同的美好。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2023年暑假的尾聲，意外接到教務主任的一通電話，詢問是否願意協助校內<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e3%80%8c%e5%ae%83%e5%8f%aa%e6%98%af%e4%b8%80%e5%80%8b%e9%96%8b%e5%a7%8b%e3%80%8d%ef%bc%9a%e8%ae%80%e3%80%8a%e6%95%a3%e6%92%ad%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e7%81%ab%e8%8b%97%e7%9a%84%e4%ba%ba%ef%bc%9a%e8%87%ba/">閱讀推動</a>的部分工作。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">其實不懂為何找我，也不知「閱讀推動」要做什麼？但就試試看吧！就此逐漸開展除了導師/國文教師以外的工作。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">當時導師班正要升上國二，原本的工作內容沒有變動，我在閱讀推動部分要負責的，是跨校合作的部分，另外三位夥伴負責圖書館利用教育、認識圖書館活動、主題書展等等許多其他的事項。(加入後才發現，我負責的根本是滄海一粟，閱推工作真是包山包海，怎麼做也做不完呀！)</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">求學過程中校園裡沒有「閱推老師」，我該在校園裡扮演什麼樣的角色呢？</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">閱推教師是誰，負責做什麼？</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">台灣在2006年首次參與<a href="https://cirn.moe.edu.tw/Module/index.aspx?sid=1201" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">PIRLS</a>(促進國際閱讀素養研究，Progress in International Reading Literacy Study，簡稱PIRLS)成績不佳，遠輸香港、新加坡，讓教育界開始關注學生的閱讀能力。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在台灣師範大學圖書資訊學研究所教授，被譽為「台灣公共圖書館之母」的<a href="https://ifii-enews.blogspot.com/2016/05/blog-post_90.html?spref=fb&amp;fbclid=IwY2xjawMgibhleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBicmlkETF3MFA1STVQSGJUOElHZ3VOAR7oYt3S__Msr8_rF56DSabOsH8yGV8rJiATMypdFQd8U-OwAKsxCA7O2LdBtw_aem_8Adab_VCu_d1zd823q_ibQ" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">陳昭珍教授</a>的奔走努力下，教育部自2009年起啟動「<a href="https://www.edu.tw/News_Content.aspx?n=9E7AC85F1954DDA8&amp;s=35B411F417B20178" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">圖書館閱讀推動教師計畫</a>」，由陳昭珍教授擔任教育訓練的計畫主持人，從五十所小學開始，培力「圖書館閱讀推動教師」，一路走到今天的規模。（根據113學年統計，全國有576所學校擁有閱推教師，占全國中小學17%）</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於計畫經費有限，近幾年新北市、基隆市、屏東縣、高雄縣也額外挹注經費，補助有申請教育部計畫但未通過的學校增置閱推教師，合計全台目前有將近1000位閱推教師。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">以閱讀女子任教所在地新北市為例，新北市有推動「<a href="https://sites.google.com/apps.ntpc.edu.tw/newtaipeireading/%E9%A6%96%E9%A0%81?authuser=0" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">校校有閱推</a>」，敝校申請有通過，所以敝校共有一位國教署名額、兩位新北市區級名額，總共可設置三位閱推老師。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">閱推教師有四個身份：；一是教師，為學生上「圖書館利用教育」課，建構學生的閱讀素養；二是行政管理者，進行圖書館的服務工作；三是教學夥伴，與其他教師進行協同教學或進行其他合作；最後是資訊專家，整合數位資訊，將資訊融入教學。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">鄰近五校組成區域聯盟，共同培力及深化課程</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">至於我負責的「跨校合作」又是什麼呢？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">新北市教育局希望鄰近學校可以有一些交流和合作，共同培力和深化課程。而「<a href="https://sites.google.com/apps.ntpc.edu.tw/newtaipeireading/%E9%A6%96%E9%A0%81?authuser=0" target="_blank" rel="noopener">校校有閱推</a>」依據各校申請分成市級、區級和校級三種，敝校身為區級學校，有點類似「小組長」，要和鄰近四所三鶯區的國中閱推老師組成區域聯盟，討論這一學年的共同主題，辦理相關增能研習、最後產出有共同主題的課程。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">據夥伴表示，這樣跨校合作是第二年，但第一年被分配合作的學校之間都有些距離，實體聚會有其困難，要有共同主題產出課程，也頗具難度。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我加入閱推的第一年，教育局剛好將合作學校重新分組，都是同一區的學校，合作起來順利許多。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第一次五校閱推老師聚會，是線上討論共同課程的發想。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">沒有太多前例可循，夥伴們也給予完全自主權，我硬著頭皮，以之前<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/2023%e5%a4%a7%e4%b8%89%e9%b6%af%e8%b5%b0%e8%b7%af%e7%af%80/">參加大三鶯走路節的經驗</a>為出發點，向大家「推銷」以「在地產業」為共同主題，各校設計出自己的閱讀課程，也幸運獲得一致通過，接著，就要開始尋覓研習適合的講師人選了。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">下班後來去圖書館，本來先在三樓閱覽座位回覆簡訊，有個全身白色戴鴨舌帽的高大男子，在座位旁的通道來回走動，兩次抬頭都剛好眼神對到，我也不以為意。回完訊息後，起身去書櫃間尋找書籍，從000一路逛到500，隨性抓取想讀的書，但無論走到哪個書櫃，那白衣男還是一直跟在後面，手上也沒拿書，低頭一瞄，他拉鍊全開……</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;心頭大驚，快步往電梯走，打算去一樓櫃檯通報。那白衣男亦步亦趨跟在後面，看我回頭還對我微笑頻頻招手，到底是想幹麻！</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;很怕他跟進電梯，到一樓立刻找了工作人員說明，話還沒說完，旁邊一位女生也是一臉驚魂未定：「我剛剛也在三樓！那個男的掏出來給我看！」工作人員本來要上樓去找，正要動身，只見有個白色身影狂奔出了圖書館，工作人員急起直追，跟在後面追了出去！我和另一位受害者一起跟出去看，剛好圖書館旁就是警察局，有警察立刻跳上摩托車去追白衣男，彷彿在看刺激的警匪片，差點鼓掌叫好…….</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;有其他的警察立刻出來詢問事情經過，工作人員也帶我和另一位受害者去旁邊的警察居說明經過，留下聯絡方式，看之後怎麼處理。</p>
