<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這學期我規劃了<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/114%e4%b8%8b%e5%ad%b8%e5%b9%b4%e7%ac%ac%e5%85%ad%e3%80%81%e4%b8%83%e5%a0%82%e4%b9%9d%e5%b9%b4%e7%b4%9a%e5%bd%88%e6%80%a7%e8%aa%b2%e7%a8%8b%e5%8f%83%e8%a8%aa%e6%96%b0%e7%be%8e%e9%a4%a8/">新美館主題課程</a>，在學期初的閱推會議，教務主任看著教案大綱，鼓勵(推坑？)我：「這個教案已經很完整了啊，要不要去參加教案比賽，獎金不錯喔！」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">聽到獎金不錯我馬上上鉤(喂)，但其實也是覺得：一來這個主題課程雖然只有八節課，但也是閱推的階段性成果，其他夥伴也幫忙支援了交通、顧場等等，如果能有個好結果(?)也不錯，能夠提振士氣；二來，也覺得能挑戰自己，踏出舒適圈，為人生增加「參加教案比賽」這個體驗，很有意思。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我參加的是新北市「閱讀融入教學」的教案比賽，規定的格式十分嚴格，如果違反會在第一關的形式審查被刷下來，例如行距、標楷體、不能超過二十五頁、字數有限制等等；此外，送件前要給校長、主任和承辦人簽名。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">主任是人人皆曉的「排版高手」，她知道我有意參加比賽後，很熱心主動說願意幫忙調整排版(排版苦手一聽此言差點在教務處下跪)；此外，主任說校長很會看比賽的作品，經驗豐富，建議可以先給校長過目。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">於是我忐忑不安敲了校長室的門，校長也很大方說可以幫忙看。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於4/24要帶學生去新美館實地參訪，4/30(四)教案截止收件，所以預計4/27(一)就要把教案紙本寄出、電子檔上傳。從四月中開始，就在和時間賽跑，校長也接連好幾次來找我，第一次修架構、第二次細調文句，寫得密密麻麻的筆記。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">要印彩色、要有側標、標題要粗體、附件要排序閱讀&#8230;&#8230;粗心的我還真沒想過這些細節。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">除了調整外在形式讓教案更便於讓評審閱讀，校長也縝密思考，要如何微調課程架構，才能更完整呈現成果。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">字句的梳理也毫不馬虎&#8230;&#8230;</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">來回兩本教案，我跟校長說要留下來當墨寶，好好珍藏。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4/27(一)一大早，最後給校長簽名，教務主任幫忙在教務處印出三本，還找了專門的膠帶裝訂(瞬間level up！)，我再自己加上側標，總算大功告成。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">校長簽名時還說：「昨晚在家裡還想到，你有沒有改成標楷體？」</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雖然知道校長和主任一定會客氣，但還是分別準備了小小心意(新美館出的可愛包包、熱敷眼罩、好吃的爆米花和小卡片)，在週二早上分送給校長和主任，感謝兩位長官花這麼多時間和精力在這份初試啼聲的教案上。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">說沒有壓力是騙人的，當然也明白長官有所期許；但同時，我獲得許多資源(時間和專注力是最寶貴的資源！)，自己也得以成長，也是真的。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">沒想到教書超過十五年，自己也四開頭了，還有重新學習、成長的機會，感恩自己願意跨出一步，也感謝長官們的鼎力相助。</p>
