<p class="wp-block-paragraph">可能期末本來就諸事繁雜，加上閱推有各種結案報告和瑣事要完成，即使再三提醒自己：要放慢腳步、要記得休息&#8230;&#8230;.只能說身體是誠實的。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">六月初的週末，右眼皮又紅腫癢起來，內心大喊不妙，催眠自己「是被蚊子咬」；週一症狀依舊未消，除了開始掛號眼科；也請教同事，附近哪裡有賣降火的綠豆薏仁，好像需要來個兩碗。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">去年底來回好幾次處理針眼，久病成良醫(?)，下班後直奔信任的<a href="https://share.google/koInrkKJoCOUxxzsr" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">惠安眼科</a>，醫生觀察一番後，仔細挑掉右上眼皮裡的膿頭，叮嚀幾句好好休息、飲食要清淡。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">處理後右眼得包紗布一小時，索性在附近覓食，找到一家好吃的越南河粉。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">週二收到兩位同事的心意：超級扎實的綠豆薏仁滿滿一碗，以及銀耳紅棗美人飲，忽覺徐徐清涼從體內升起，緩緩撫平我的焦躁不安。</p>
