<p>在2026的元旦，回頭看從四十邁入四十一歲的2025年。</p>



<p>順利有時、跌個狗吃屎有時；失落有時、快樂有時。無論如何，感謝上天，平安順利過完了2025年。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、部落格</h2>



<p>感謝<a href="https://wenyan.design/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">溫研創意</a>，經過多次用心的溝通，確定部落格名稱，也協助打造了符合期待的<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/">部落格</a>。</p>



<p>數年前曾自己開過部落格，當時的文章滿滿對工作的負面能量，久了非但沒有幫助，還越來越厭世，決定先關閉部落格。</p>



<p>沉澱幾年，2025年初覺得是時候重新出發，寫作的慾望依舊蠢蠢欲動，打掉重練，開啓「閱讀女子」這個部落格。</p>



<p>過往一年累積247篇文章，內容主要是閱讀筆記、閱推工作記錄、小品寫作等等，感謝大家的支持和閱讀。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">二、身心健康</h2>



<p>1.多了4.6公斤</p>



<p>回顧過往長年減重史(感謝自己有寫日記的習慣得以回溯)，大概知道這是工作壓力、過度內耗導致(曾有一年留職停薪，沒有刻意運動或控制飲食，默默就少了十一公斤，但一復職就復胖)</p>



<p>保持自我覺察、以照顧身心健康為要務，是2026的第一重點。</p>



<p>2.年底健康出狀況</p>



<p>累積一年的壓力，加上年底有<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/114%e5%ad%b8%e5%b9%b4%e5%ba%a6%e6%96%b0%e5%8c%97%e5%b8%82%e9%ab%98%e5%9c%8b%e4%b8%ad%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e6%8e%a8%e5%8b%95%e5%88%86%e5%8d%80%e7%b6%9c%e5%90%88%e5%ba%a7%e8%ab%87%e6%9c%83%e4%b8%8a/">大活動</a>，十一月的生理期異常，整整拖了兩週(過往一向準時開始、準時結束)</p>



<p>另外，十一月下旬發現右眼怪怪的，經檢查發現右眼上下都長了針眼，開啟超過五次、流離於三家眼科的<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e6%ad%b2%e6%9c%ab%e7%9c%bc%e7%a7%91%e6%b5%81%e9%9b%a2%e8%a8%98/">求診記</a>。</p>



<p>3.停止染髮、做指甲和睫毛</p>



<p>一來省錢，二來希望更加善待身體。</p>



<p>4.持續一個月一次的心理諮商</p>



<p>感謝心理師的陪伴，迄今將近四年的心理諮商，我龜速前進、反反覆覆曲曲折折、無數次舊有模式鬼打牆，感謝自己沒有放棄，留下來陪伴自己。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">三、工作：從兼職轉換為全職閱推老師</h2>



<p><a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e6%95%99%e5%8b%99%e4%b8%bb%e4%bb%bb%e7%9a%84%e4%b8%80%e9%80%9a%e9%9b%bb%e8%a9%b1%ef%bc%8c%e5%be%9e%e6%ad%a4%e6%94%b9%e8%ae%8a%e6%88%91%e7%9a%84%e5%b7%a5%e4%bd%9c%e5%85%a7%e5%ae%b9/">過往兩年是導師兼閱推</a>，今年年中學生畢業，九月開始，轉生為全職閱推老師(白話翻譯：不用當導師，減課變多，但要做的事也增加)</p>



<p>從九月開始有許多新的體驗和學習：<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e7%ac%ac%e4%b8%80%e6%ac%a1%e5%8f%83%e8%88%87%e5%bf%97%e5%b7%a5%e5%a4%a5%e4%bc%b4%e7%9a%84%e8%ae%80%e6%9b%b8%e6%9c%83/">第一次參與志工夥伴的讀書會</a>、<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e7%ac%ac%e4%b8%80%e5%a0%b4%e6%96%b0%e7%94%9f%e8%aa%8d%e8%ad%98%e5%9c%96%e6%9b%b8%e9%a4%a8%e6%b4%bb%e5%8b%95/">新生認識圖書館活動</a>、<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e8%b7%a8%e6%a0%a1%e9%96%b1%e6%8e%a8%e6%9c%89%e5%8f%b2%e4%bb%a5%e4%be%86%e8%a6%8f%e6%a8%a1%e6%9c%80%e7%9b%9b%e5%a4%a7%e7%9a%84%e4%b8%80%e5%a0%b4%e7%a0%94%e7%bf%92/">跨校閱推研習</a>、<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e7%ac%ac%e4%b8%80%e6%ac%a1%e4%b8%bb%e9%a1%8c%e6%9b%b8%e5%b1%95%e9%96%8b%e5%b1%95/">第一次辦主題書展</a>(書展成果幸運入選<a href="https://book.moc.gov.tw/book/new/winners/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">文化部校園閱讀推廣活動三十校</a>之一)、十二月中和夥伴們順利完成<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/114%e5%ad%b8%e5%b9%b4%e5%ba%a6%e6%96%b0%e5%8c%97%e5%b8%82%e9%ab%98%e5%9c%8b%e4%b8%ad%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e6%8e%a8%e5%8b%95%e5%88%86%e5%8d%80%e7%b6%9c%e5%90%88%e5%ba%a7%e8%ab%87%e6%9c%83%e4%b8%8a/">區級座談</a>&#8230;&#8230;.</p>



<p>一件件工作的推進和完成，仰賴和另外三位閱推老師的合作，過程中也努力補強自己的不足，利用時間完成<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%96%b1%e6%8e%a8%e6%95%99%e5%b8%ab%e8%87%aa%e6%88%91%e5%ad%b8%e7%bf%92%e4%b9%8b%e6%97%85%ef%bc%9a%e5%85%a8%e5%9c%8b%e5%9c%96%e6%9b%b8%e6%95%99%e5%b8%ab%e7%a3%a8%e8%aa%b2%e5%b8%ab%e8%aa%b2%e7%a8%8b/">三十小時的全國圖書教師磨課師課程(基礎)</a>，拿到修習證明書。</p>



<p>「閱推老師」在台灣國中、小出現約16年，許多人對此還是一片陌生，閱推老師到底在做什麼？還是閱推菜鳥的我，東拼西湊出<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%96%b1%e6%8e%a8%e8%80%81%e5%b8%ab%e5%88%b0%e5%ba%95%e9%83%bd%e5%9c%a8%e5%81%9a%e4%bb%80%e9%ba%bc%ef%bc%9f/">一個皮毛答案</a>。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">四、小小里程碑</h2>



<p>1.保險規劃</p>



<p>年屆四十，驚覺自己的保險是成長階段家人幫忙處理的，現階段恐怕不夠用。透過朋友介紹和網路做功課，找到<a href="https://www.facebook.com/saxveeoo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">黃雅君小姐</a>，做了較完整的保險規劃。雖然之後要定期支出一筆保險費用，但對自己和家人有保障，更加安心。</p>



<p>溝通過程中，覺得雅君小姐專業又有熱忱，會協助客戶打造最適合的保單，也不會強迫推銷不適合產品，有需要的朋友歡迎<a href="https://www.facebook.com/saxveeoo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">聯繫她</a>喔！</p>



<p>2.性平種子教師甄選</p>



<p>一次偶然機會，看到<a href="https://www.38.org.tw/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">現代婦女基金會</a>辦理「性平種子校園宣導講師培育營」，初階是書面資料和影片審查，接著是第二階段的複試。</p>



<p>很幸運通過兩階段被錄取，雖然後來因時間因素放棄參加，還是很感謝現代婦女基金會辦這個培育營，為性平教育盡一份心力。</p>

<p>3.第一場付費讀書會</p>



<p>感謝新星巷弄書屋的芸芳邀請，2025的八月，首次舉辦以佛洛姆《愛的藝術》為主題的讀書會。</p>



<p>趁這個機會讀完佛洛姆的<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e4%bd%9b%e6%b4%9b%e5%a7%86%e4%bd%9c%e5%93%81%e4%bb%8b%e7%b4%b9/">九本作品</a>，接著做簡報和設計簡單暖身活動。第一次帶成年人的讀書會，戰戰兢兢，也是深刻而寶貴的學習。</p>



<p><a href="https://www.facebook.com/NewStarLaneBooks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">新星巷弄書屋</a>在2025年底搬家，邁向3.0版本，請大家繼續關注，多多捧場這家位於龜山的優質獨立書店喔！</p>



<p>4.第一場人物訪談</p>



<p>2025某次去陶博館找資料，無心插柳參觀了「<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%b6%af%e6%ad%8c%e9%99%b6%e7%93%b7%e5%8d%9a%e7%89%a9%e9%a4%a8-%e5%85%a7%e5%9c%a8%e5%b0%8f%e5%ad%a9-%e6%96%bd%e5%a7%b5%e4%bc%83%e9%99%b6%e8%97%9d%e5%b1%95/">內在小孩—施姵伃陶藝展</a>」，作品十分精彩，也有幸見到陶藝家本人。後來透過網路聯繫，感謝<a href="https://www.facebook.com/PeiYuCeramics/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">施姵伃</a>小姐大方應允，順利敲定訪談，完成人生第一篇人物訪談。</p>



<p>5.第一次收到出版社的贈書</p>



<p>感謝時報商業線的企畫洪晟庭(雞蛋哥)，邀請閱讀《<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e5%ad%b8%e6%9c%83%e6%8f%90%e5%95%8f%e5%b0%b1%e8%83%bd%e6%8e%8c%e6%8e%a7%e4%ba%ba%e7%94%9f%ef%bc%9a%e8%ae%80%e3%80%8a50%e5%80%8b%e5%95%8f%e9%a1%8c%e7%82%ba%e8%87%aa%e5%b7%b1%e7%88%ad%e5%8f%96%e6%9b%b4/">50個問題為自己爭取更多：從電信費率到談判桌（長銷15週年雙贏版）</a>》。這本書流暢易讀又實用，有時遇到和學生/家長的溝通問題，就拿起來翻越找答案。</p>



<p>6.第一次書市集擺攤</p>



<p>某次在臉書上看到<a href="https://www.facebook.com/wearepaperbooks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">梓書房</a>主辦的<a href="https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1AhA7yW36j/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">柳川日和「閱讀問事所」推書人活動</a>，一時好奇就填了報名表單，沒想到就入選了！</p>



<p>主辦單位設計的進行方式：推書人自訂主題，提出一份圍繞自選主題的書單。<br>設計閱讀問事的互動體驗，以書單為基礎，設計能讓觀眾透過「提問與閱讀」獲得回應的體驗。主題不拘，但須以閱讀為核心。可以販售書籍(我選擇展書和推廣閱讀)。</p>



<p>決定以「國中閱讀推動」為核心，設計<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e6%8e%a8%e5%8b%95%e6%87%b6%e4%ba%ba%e5%8c%85%e4%b8%8a/">十八個相關問答</a>，也做了簡單的告示牌。感謝朋友全程相伴，當天一起殺下台中。</p>



<p>「本來以為你這攤位……會滿悠閒的，沒想到四小時的擺攤時間，你有三個半小時站著講話。想要了解『閱讀推動』的人比我想像中多啊！」</p>



<p>夜幕已低垂的5:20，送走最後的客人，朋友悠悠吐出這句。</p>



<p>真是深有同感啊！本以為「國中閱讀推動」是極冷門的主題，沒想到比想像中更引人好奇。不敢說「生意」多好，但來攤位的每位朋友都眼神認真，一個接一個問題。有人回憶起自己兒時的閱讀經驗，有人努力和朋友互相確認，「求學階段可曾有什麼閱讀課程」？但共通點是，沒有人知道台灣國中小有閱推老師。</p>

<p>而藉由準備這次推書人活動，我整理出受益良多的<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e6%8e%a8%e5%8b%95%e5%bf%85%e5%82%99%e5%8d%81%e6%9c%ac%e6%8e%a8%e8%96%a6%e6%9b%b8%e5%96%ae/">閱讀推動必備十本推薦書單</a>，以及<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e6%8e%a8%e5%8b%95%e6%87%b6%e4%ba%ba%e5%8c%85%e4%b8%8a/">閱讀推動相關問答</a>(陸續新增中)，在回答自己、回答別人的提問中，自己也收穫許多。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">五、向外探索</h2>



<p>1.五場走讀</p>



<p>四月參加「<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e5%be%9e%e4%ba%8c%e4%ba%8c%e5%85%ab%e5%88%b0%e7%99%bd%e6%81%90%ef%bc%8e%e6%96%b0%e5%ba%97%e6%ba%aa%e7%95%94%e4%ba%ba%e6%ac%8a%e5%bb%8a%e9%81%93%e8%b5%b0%e8%ae%80/">從二二八到白恐．新店溪畔人權廊道</a>」走讀活動，第一次造訪蔡金木宅、空軍公墓(碧潭刑場)、王添灯故居(二二八受難者)等地。</p>



<p>暑假<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%b6%af%e6%ad%8c%e9%99%b6%e7%93%b7%e5%8d%9a%e7%89%a9%e9%a4%a8%e4%bb%8b%e7%b4%b9/">以陶博館為起點</a>，好好認識這個有超過兩百年製陶史的文化重鎮。</p>



<p>十月的<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%b6%af%e6%ad%8c%e7%94%a2%e5%9c%b0%e9%96%8b%e6%94%be%e6%97%a5%e8%a1%97%e5%8d%80%e5%b0%8e%e8%a6%bd%ef%bc%9a%e5%b7%a5%e5%bb%a0%e8%a6%8b%e5%ad%b8%e8%b7%af%e7%b7%9aa%e4%b8%8a/">鶯歌產地開放日活動</a>，也讓人一窺鶯歌深厚的文化底蘊。</p>



<p>鄰近鶯歌的<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%be%9c%e5%b1%b1%e7%9c%b7%e6%9d%91%e6%95%85%e4%ba%8b%e9%a4%a8%e4%bb%8b%e7%b4%b9/">龜山眷村故事館</a>，有許多小巧而用心的展覽。</p>



<p>2.全面・性教育 活動設計工作坊</p>



<p>身為一個求學階段沒有受過<a href="https://www.gender.edu.tw/web/index.php/home" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">性平教育</a>的成年人(台灣超過38歲的人求學階段尚未實施性平教育)，說來慚愧，對性平教育有些陌生，遑論更「敏感」的<a href="https://taiwanbar.cc/education/sex-education-communicate/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">性教育</a>。</p>



<p>很高興報名上由<a href="https://www.instagram.com/youth.ntpc/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">新北市政府青年局</a>主辦，<a href="https://tgeea.org.tw/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">台灣性別平等教育協會</a>執行的「全面・性教育 活動設計工作坊」(新北場也是第一場)，在八月的第一天來板橋上課。</p>



<p>3.第一屆兒少書展</p>



<p><a href="https://www.facebook.com/p/%E8%87%BA%E7%81%A3%E5%9C%8B%E9%9A%9B%E5%85%92%E5%B0%91%E6%9B%B8%E5%B1%95-61577223904783/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">第一屆國際兒少書展</a>在台中舉辦，展期只有一個週末。剛好週五晚上結束家長日，週六早上硬拖著疲憊的身軀，經歷兩小時的火車轉高鐵，來為閱推工作收集資料(其實自己也超愛逛書展呀)</p>



<p>很幸運聽到那天早上第一場講座，由漫畫家<a href="https://www.facebook.com/HsiehTungLin?locale=zh_TW" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">謝東霖</a>先生主講，主題是「打開漫畫多元宇宙的新視野」，也將講座中獲得的靈感<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/114%e5%ad%b8%e5%b9%b4%e5%ba%a6%e6%96%b0%e5%8c%97%e5%b8%82%e9%ab%98%e5%9c%8b%e4%b8%ad%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e6%8e%a8%e5%8b%95%e5%88%86%e5%8d%80%e7%b6%9c%e5%90%88%e5%ba%a7%e8%ab%87%e6%9c%83%e4%b8%8a/">融合進之後的閱推工作</a>。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">六、關係</h2>



<p>1.摯親離世</p>



<p>外公在今年六月中旬，學生畢業典禮前一天離世。</p>



<p>臨終前一天，他已有些失去意識，而我坐在病床旁，握著他溫暖但因痛楚而抽搐的手，只希望這一秒能凍結，卻又捨不得他受苦。</p>



<p>外公即使到了九十高齡，還是清楚記得我的飲食喜好。偶爾祖孫兩人外出用餐，他總記得我喜歡茶碗蒸和花椰菜，才剛吃力地坐下，就開口請服務生幫我先做這兩樣。</p>



<p>他的溫柔、尊重和體貼，深深烙印在我的心裡。</p>



<p>作為祖父母輩最後一位的外公離世，2025的下半年，我還在努力適應<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e6%af%8f%e5%b9%b48%e6%9c%88%e7%ac%ac4%e5%80%8b%e6%98%9f%e6%9c%9f%e6%97%a5%ef%bc%8c%e6%88%91%e5%86%8d%e4%b9%9f%e4%b8%8d%e8%83%bd%e9%81%8e%e7%9a%84%e7%af%80%e6%97%a5/">這個事實</a>。</p>



<p>2.道歉，但不期待對方的原諒</p>



<p>幾年前自己的不成熟和愚蠢，讓朋友十分失望。2025年底，我鼓起勇氣道歉，也試圖彌補朋友的損失。</p>



<p>朋友客氣回應早就忘記了，也開啟一段新的對話和交流。</p>



<p>或許我一直遲遲沒有道歉和試圖彌補，是理智上知道對方有不接受的自由，但深層還是害怕被拒絕和得不到原諒。感謝朋友的寬宏大量，我也鬆了一口氣。</p>



<p>3.斷掉某些有毒關係</p>



<p>感謝幾年的心理諮商，漸漸看清有些關係對自己的傷害，選擇保持適當距離，畫出讓自己舒適的距離，保護自己的身心健康。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2026關鍵字：耐心</h2>



<p>回顧2025年，在工作和部落格方面緩步推進；健康方面需要多關注，希望不要到年底就破病。</p>



<p>2026年，給自己的關鍵字是「耐心」。</p>



<p>《<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%81%b8%e6%93%87%e5%8e%bb%e9%81%b8%e6%93%87%ef%bc%9a%e8%ae%80%e3%80%8a%e4%ba%ba%e7%94%9f%e5%9b%9b%e5%8d%83%e5%80%8b%e7%a6%ae%e6%8b%9c%e3%80%8b%e4%b8%8a/">人生四千個禮拜</a>》一書中寫道：</p>

<p>書中也提到「耐心三原則」： 讓自己喜歡遇上問題、聚沙成塔、原創性通常位於非原創性遙遠的另一頭。</p>



<p>蘇格蘭作家喬治．麥克唐納也曾說：「維繫信念最重要的力量就是：耐心」</p>

<p>來到鶯歌轉眼也幾年，目前要邁入第三年的閱推工作，常需要和在地連結，但其實對這方面只有粗淺皮毛，授課時總是一陣心虛。</p>



<p>決定利用暑假，以<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">陶博館</a>作為起點，重頭認識這個有超過兩百年製陶史的文化重鎮。</p>



<p>1.<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%b6%af%e6%ad%8c%e9%99%b6%e7%93%b7%e5%8d%9a%e7%89%a9%e9%a4%a8%e4%b8%80%e6%a8%93%e4%bb%8b%e7%b4%b9/">鶯歌陶瓷博物館一樓介紹</a></p>



<p>從陶博館的外觀(淡灰色的建築主體，運用的建築材料是清水混擬土、鋼骨結構、玻璃帷幕和洗石子牆壁)、穿過橋的入口線性廊道，看下去是有如私庭院的水庭等等，建築師<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E7%B0%A1%E5%AD%B8%E7%BE%A9" target="_blank" rel="noopener">簡學義</a>的巧思，就足以駐足許久。</p>



<p>一樓有「常設展：走向從前—台灣傳統製陶技術」、可以先對製陶繼續有初步了解。另外有陽光特展室，也會更換展品，展出更多元的陶藝品。</p>

<p>二樓的第二展間：「硘仔鎮」，這個展間介紹<a href="https://digital.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/zh-tw/Collection/2_33.htm?2" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">兩百年來鶯歌的陶瓷發展</a>。</p>



<p>十九世紀初期，漢人移民帶來原鄉製陶技術開始發展(主要是<a href="https://www.wu-an.tw/about/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">泉州吳姓家族</a>生產，家族成員負責管理)；二十世紀初期，福州師傅傳入技術，加上政府為了規範銷售秩序，在1921年成立<a href="https://digital.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/zh-tw/Collection/2_45.htm?9" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">尖山陶器販賣組合</a>，才從家族式經營走向產業化發展。</p>

<p>203展間，是「穿越時空之旅」，認識台灣史前陶的發展。</p>



<p>204展間是「未來預言」，介紹工業與精密陶瓷，文組的我看得霧煞煞，只知道陶瓷真的可以做到好多事啊！</p>

<p>整棟陶博館逛完後，別忘記從一樓大門另一側出去，還有陶瓷藝術園區。</p>



<p>除了「台灣國腳」詹國祥老師示範「傳統腳踢轆轤」，「遠得要命廁所」、「糖果牆」、戲水池等也很適合拍照打卡。</p>

<p>三樓的特展是每半年會更換一次，這次的特展是「<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0J148497613881029302&amp;sid=0P096402230585033554" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">相遇：台灣陶瓷的美術風景</a>」，所謂的「相遇」，是指工藝和美術的相遇、畫家和陶瓷的相遇、寫實和抽象的相遇、傳統與現代的相遇、中國水墨風格和西洋繪畫的相遇這五大議題。</p>

<p>b1的陶藝長廊也會不定期更換展品。很幸運在開展第一天，看到「內在小孩—施姵伃陶藝展」，除了每樣展品都超級可愛，還有饒富意義的互動體驗，極力推薦～</p>



<p>在《<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e9%81%b8%e6%93%87%e5%8e%bb%e9%81%b8%e6%93%87%ef%bc%9a%e8%ae%80%e3%80%8a%e4%ba%ba%e7%94%9f%e5%9b%9b%e5%8d%83%e5%80%8b%e7%a6%ae%e6%8b%9c%e3%80%8b%e4%b8%8a/">人生四千個禮拜</a>》中讀到，哈佛大學的藝術史老師珍妮佛．蘿勃茲，無論開什麼課，第一份作業永遠一樣，也永遠會引發學生的哀號：到地方博物館挑任一幅畫或一座雕像，凝視三小時，中間不能使用手機或跑去喝咖啡(後來教授有通融「上廁所」)。</p>



<p>在步調越來越快的社會，掌握這個世界的方法，就是有能力抵抗想加速腳步的衝動，從耐心完成真正重要的事中獲得滿足感，而「耐心」成為一種珍貴的力量。</p>



<p>我沒有花三小時盯著一個陶藝品，但一個個展間來回看幾遍，仔細閱讀說明牌子上的字句，的確也是新奇的體驗。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">別有洞天、頗具看點的陶瓷藝術園區</h2>



<p>整棟陶博館逛完後，別忘記從一樓大門另一側出去，還有陶瓷藝術園區。</p>



<p>下方照片是館內一樓通往二樓時會經過的「玻璃長廊」，取自<a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=online_metadata&amp;id=108096" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">隧道窯</a>的意象，標記陶工的辛勤努力，從外面看原來長這樣。</p>

<p>尚未進入陶瓷藝術園區前，附近有件作品，名字是「白日夢的旅行」。</p>



<p>在告示牌上藝術家這麼說明：「我從工作室看向窗外，看著整天玩耍的孩子們，不論下雨還是晴天都有人撐著傘，孩子們總是天真地大笑。我試圖感受並且品嚐這一切。當我將這些感想帶回工作室時，我便開始將這漫長的旅程編織成一則故事。」</p>

<p>陶瓷藝術園區的入口。</p>



<p>陶瓷藝術園區延續陶博館清水模設計理念，根據陶瓷的要素，分成風、火、土、水四個廣場。裡面有陶瓷大型公共藝術、兒童戲水區、提供民眾輕鬆與陶瓷藝術互動的空間。</p>

<p>園區入口左手邊，是比利時藝術家安‧凡‧雷伊的作品，名稱是「共聚之門」，由707件的陶瓷組合而成。分開有各自的美，組在一起也有其魅力。</p>

<p>步入園區，有座大型公共藝術吸引我的目光。</p>



<p>根據導覽老師解說，這是來自阿根廷的維瑪.維爾拉佛德在陶博館駐村時的創作，名為「福爾摩沙小姐」。<br>體操選手在示範鞍馬，身體上半部與下半部就像是分開了一樣，下方的「鞍馬」是衛浴設備的部分。</p>

<p>馬賽克拼貼的繽紛作品，是由參與的學生陸續拼貼而成。</p>

<p>家長和小孩最喜歡的，應該就是戲水池了。</p>



<p>這是2006年，由美國陶藝家維吉尼亞.史考琦所設計。他在2003年曾以拜訪藝術家的身份來到鶯歌，對此地蓬勃的陶瓷文化和產業印象深刻，而陶博館是這一切的中心，給予他「永恆浮動之球體」的創作靈感。</p>



<p>水池裡五十個上了玻璃釉的陶藝球體，反映了鶯歌的五種主要陶瓷用途(藝術、建築、日用、衛生與工業)，而藝術家也以來自鶯歌本地的陶瓷和彩釉資源來製作球體。此外，球體是一種普遍形狀，象徵結合了玩笑和歡樂；陶土球體也是陶工開始製作陶器的初體。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">絕佳打卡點：許願糖果牆和遠得要命廁所</h2>



<p>如果喜歡打卡、拍網美照，務必要走到藝術園區的最深處，來一探「<a href="https://tw.news.yahoo.com/%E5%85%A8%E8%87%BA%E5%94%AF-%E8%A8%B1%E9%A1%98%E7%B3%96%E6%9E%9C%E7%89%86-%E6%88%90%E7%B6%B2%E7%BE%8E%E6%99%AF%E9%BB%9E-034020155.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">許願糖果牆</a>」。</p>



<p>這面牆的起源，是2020年因爲<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lIHtruwROng" target="_blank" rel="noopener">疫情</a>而閉館，館方製作泥漿球體，邀請民眾在球上寫下心情，為疫情祈福，再由館方統一燒製。兩面牆面共計超過兩萬顆球體，十分壯觀。</p>

<p>穿越「許願糖果牆」後還有驚喜：<a href="https://art.ltn.com.tw/article/paper/1486017" target="_blank" rel="noopener">「遠得要命」廁所</a>。</p>



<p>這個戶外廁所是陶博館使用率最低的廁所(這麼偏遠，好像也頗合理)，後來陶博館參考美國的廁所駐村計畫，邀請數位藝術家進行創作，將廁所塑造成藝術空間。</p>



<p>下圖是日本陶藝家胡宮雪娜的作品。創作理念是將陶器擬人化，製作出讓人感到活潑而親切的標誌。</p>

<p>女廁裡的作品「雨天」，由台灣陶藝家<a href="https://www.ninenine.org/teacher/60-chen-wei-chu" target="_blank" rel="noopener">陳韋竹</a>創作。希望大家和穿黃色雨衣的兔子，一起享受雨天的美好。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">「台灣國腳」示範「傳統腳踢轆轤」</h2>



<p>我個人認為陶瓷藝術園區最不能錯過的，是<a href="https://www.peopo.org/news/798154" target="_blank" rel="noopener">「台灣國腳」詹國祥老師</a>示範「傳統腳踢轆轤」。</p>

<p>詹老師十分親切健談，邊熱情向導覽老師和我分享陶藝知識，邊走過去調整大型電風扇對著我們吹，一本正經表示：「抱歉，裝冷氣的預算還沒到，有點熱。」聽得我們一愣一愣，想說這麼大的戶外空間要裝冷氣啊，老師噗哧一笑才知道是開玩笑。</p>



<p>很敬佩老師耐著高溫酷暑，還能一遍遍笑咪咪地對訪客示範腳踢轆轤，閒聊中還特地為我們調整電風扇，何等的修養。</p>



<p>老師說明這個腳踢轆轤是自己用泥漿、鬃鬚和竹編做的，已經用壞好幾個，目前這是第四個。</p>

<p>旁邊這兩個高大的花瓶，是用「手擠胚」(又稱 「圍泥條」)的方式製作而成。</p>

<p>示範區旁邊的牆壁上，有許多老師受訪的報導，老師也熱情補充許多相關知識。</p>



<p>出身鶯歌阿南坑的詹國祥老師，父親翁成來是鶯歌知名陶師。父子兩代、兄弟四人都是製陶名師。(因詹老師小時家貧被送養故從母姓，五歲時在父母堅持下帶回養育)</p>



<p>八歲時因大環境改變，一家跟著父親的友人(王漢騰師傅)到<a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=Culture_Event&amp;id=332685" target="_blank" rel="noopener">苗栗爐記陶器工廠</a>工作(老師稱為「一輩子的貴人」)。兄弟四人也隨父習陶，一家住在工廠裡。從生活陶學到酒甕，記憶漸漸精熟。</p>



<p>回憶過往，以前爸爸在做陶時，負責在旁腳踢轆轤的就是媽媽。為保持平衡，會手拉一條草繩。踢久會腰痠背痛，四兄弟就幫忙輪流，不知不覺也學會這一門手藝。(老師開玩笑表示，當時這樣搭擋腳踢轆轤的夫妻，都不會吵架，是模範夫妻)</p>



<p>後來一家輾轉又回到鶯歌生活，轉向藝術陶的製作。爸爸去<a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=Culture_Organization&amp;id=334716" target="_blank" rel="noopener">北投中華陶瓷</a>，詹老師則進入當地的<a href="https://www.economic.ntpc.gov.tw/FactoryTravel/Detail/18" target="_blank" rel="noopener">市拿陶藝</a>，開始學做仿古花瓶。歷經很多家的磨練，以及按件計酬的辛苦，終於磨鍊出一身扎實的工夫。</p>



<p>長大後聽媽媽說才知道，當時是媽媽堅持要把送養的自己找回來，全家一起去苗栗，「這身功夫是媽媽給的」。爸爸很嚴肅，但想念他時，「就去陶博館二樓常設展的影片看他。」</p>



<p>「人生就像這個大花瓶，一段一段去完成，就把它塑造成完美，把人生的過程裝在裡面。」回憶過往人生，詹老師滿滿感恩之心，即使已從事陶藝工作超過半世紀，仍時常思考，如何用擅長的拉胚去突破比較難的造型。</p>



<p>而詹老師的心願之一，就是希望能找到想傳承手藝的弟子，讓這一門手藝能繼續傳承下去。祝福詹老師能如願找到傳承衣缽的弟子，讓這門技藝能流傳下去。</p>

<p>什麼奇妙的緣分，讓我剛好有幸在開展第一天就欣賞到，還參加到從小孩到長輩都適合的參與式行動藝術，真是太有趣了！</p>



<p>以下是「內在小孩—施姵伃陶藝展」作者<a href="https://www.facebook.com/PeiYuCeramics/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">施姵伃</a>的創作自述：</p>

<p>「我們離開童年的方式，是不是太倉促了?」</p>



<p>人類內心的運作有許多層次與模式，即使成年，內在依然保留著一個未曾長大的角落。其實在某時、某地，我們也曾是個孩子，這一點容易被遺忘，卻深深影響著我們成為怎樣的大人。</p>



<p>「真正的自由，或許一直藏在童年的某個角落。」</p>



<p>此次展覽想邀請你喚醒那還是孩子的自己，重拾想像力，回到那段純真的時光。我們可以辦家家酒、開著玩具車奔馳，甚至在恐龍世界裡探險。在遊戲中，我們曾如此自由，如此完整。</p>



<p>「誠摯邀請卸下大人身份的你，一起重新認識未長大的自己。」</p>



<p>在這段探索的旅程中，願你與那位塵封已久的自己相遇。這場展覽不只為大人而設，更表現孩子的心靈世界。當真正的孩子與大人並肩同行，也許，那位內在小孩就會悄悄回到你身邊。</p>

<p>這幾年關於「<a href="https://premium.parenting.com.tw/article/5095937" target="_blank" rel="noopener">內在小孩</a>」相關的書如雨後春筍，一開始看到這個詞，聯想到的是有心理創傷的受傷孩子。</p>



<p>這個展用繽紛的色調、天馬行空又令人會心一笑的設計，展現「內在小孩」童趣而自由的一面。(看展的時候想，這位陶藝家一定對自己有許多體察，是溫柔又堅強的人)</p>

<p>拍了幾件創作，是不是都充滿童趣，又令人會心一笑呢？現場還有更多精彩的創作！</p>



<p>剛好這天有第一場「扮家家酒&#8212;-參與式行動藝術」，我還不小心成為第一個完成的參與者(混在一群孩子中完成作品，厚臉皮的阿姨 🤣)</p>

<p>「中年人的浪漫，就是原型食物」</p>



<p>大概二十分鐘內完成這個參與式行動藝術，覺得設計的十分用心，讓無論哪個年齡層的參與者都可以有所收穫。(光是挑菜和擺盤也很開心啊！)</p>

<p>陶博館b1除了陶藝展，還有<a href="https://www.thecan.com.tw/tw/food/spaceinfo/149" target="_blank" rel="noopener">甘樂茶事</a>，是三峽返鄉青年自創的在地品牌，逛累了可以享用輕食和冷飲，佐以透入大片落地窗天光雲影，順便發個呆，十分美好。</p>

<p>b1的資料中心典藏許多陶瓷專業書籍，看完展覺得不滿足，還可以來尋覓更進一步的資料，無論什麼問題，館員都會十分熱心協助。</p>

<p>接著進入第二展間：「硘仔鎮」，這個展間介紹<a href="https://digital.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/zh-tw/Collection/2_33.htm?2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">兩百年來鶯歌的陶瓷發展</a>。</p>



<p>十九世紀初期，漢人移民帶來原鄉製陶技術開始發展(主要是<a href="https://www.wu-an.tw/about/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">泉州吳姓家族</a>生產，家族成員負責管理)；二十世紀初期，福州師傅傳入技術，加上政府為了規範銷售秩序，在1921年成立<a href="https://digital.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/zh-tw/Collection/2_45.htm?9" target="_blank" rel="noopener">尖山陶器販賣組合</a>，才從家族式經營走向產業化發展。</p>



<p>二次世界大戰結束後，台灣本土陶瓷產業逐漸茁壯；1960年代<a href="https://hotspringmuseum.taipei/bib_content.aspx?id=244&amp;pid=129" target="_blank" rel="noopener">北投</a>禁止燃燒生煤和採土礦，當地陶瓷產業轉到鶯歌、苗栗等；發展1970年代鶯歌鋪設天然氣管線，獲得發展陶瓷產業的絕對優勢，業者不再仰賴煤炭燃料，改用瓦斯或電力燒製，從此鶯歌逐漸從鄉村小鎮變身為台灣最重要的陶瓷產地。</p>



<p>早年鶯歌的尖山與鄰近的兔仔坑、大湳等地都出產黏土，鶯歌和周遭地區的煤礦與林木資源也十分豐富，容易取得製陶原料與燃料。</p>



<p>鶯歌三寶：陶土、煤礦、鐵路。鶯歌的土質適合做陶；煤礦產量大，除了當燒陶的材料還能輸出到外地，全盛時期，鶯歌火車站是全台運輸量第三大的煤礦運輸站，也是鶯歌陶瓷的轉運站。沒有鐵路之前，鶯歌陶瓷靠大漢溪的水運來運輸，可運到大稻埕去賣。</p>

<p>鶯歌，又名「硘仔鎮」，閩南語稱陶瓷為硘仔（hui-a）。</p>

<p>煙囪林立和滿天灰煙，是二十世紀中葉鶯歌特有的街景風貌。當時許多業者興建<a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=Culture_Place&amp;id=334698&amp;keyword=%E5%9B%9B%E6%96%B9%E7%AA%AF&amp;limit=10&amp;offset=0&amp;sort=relevance&amp;order=desc&amp;isFuzzyMode=false&amp;query=%7B%7D&amp;recOffset=1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">四角窯</a>取代傳統窯爐，燒製過程中會產生大量濃煙，造成空氣污染，後來政府以法規限制燃燒生煤，協助業者建置瓦斯窯，四角窯快速被淘汰和拆除。</p>



<p>鶯歌有句俗諺「<a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=2045033548917495&amp;id=435160173238182&amp;set=a.662133897207474" target="_blank" rel="noopener">好天落坱，下雨落膏</a>」，就是指當地陶工業興盛，煤灰滿天，這種塵埃四散的樣子臺語叫「坱坱」（ing-ing）；而一下起雨，塵埃落得滿地泥濘，黏呼呼的，台語形容為「膏膏」（ko-ko）。</p>

<p>鶯歌的發展和鄰近地區密不可分</p>

<p>下圖是1920年代生產的「鶯歌信用組合杯組」。</p>



<p>1917年鶯歌信用組合成立後，為替當地農民服務，以親水紅磚和檜木等建材興建碾米廠，將農民收成稻穀碾製為精米，本物件是鶯歌信用組合成立十周念的紀念品。</p>

<p>下圖是大湳土碗，採用品質較佳的<a href="https://www.facebook.com/share/p/19e24TNieq/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">大湳土</a>，燒成之後呈現灰白色。</p>



<p>日治時期北投因各種因素，在技術和產品品質上一直是台灣陶瓷技術的領導者。日治末期，部分北投陶瓷技術人員來鶯歌發展，使得鶯歌陶瓷產品獲得技術的提升。</p>

<p><a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=online_metadata&amp;id=108096" target="_blank" rel="noopener">隧道窯</a>模擬區</p>



<p>這座窯重現目前鶯歌唯一保存下來的隧道窯。隧道窯用來燒瓷磚，窯體可以長至一百公尺。隧道窯分成預熱帶、燒成帶、冷卻帶三大部分。胚體透過台車載運進入，燒成後從另一端出來，可連續二十四小時不停火，生產效率高，是陶瓷產業走向量產化的重要生產設施。</p>



<p>台灣第一座隧道窯，在1962年，由生產第一代抽水馬桶的<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E5%92%8C%E6%88%90%E6%AC%A3%E6%A5%AD" target="_blank" rel="noopener">和成窯業公司</a>率先建造成功。</p>



<p>這個模擬區是隧道窯中段，溫度高達1200度。</p>

<p>＃日用陶瓷</p>



<p>鶯歌早期生產缸、甕等日用陶瓷產品，後因市場需求改變，以及技術進步，改為生產碗盤、餐具、茶具等產品。</p>



<p>下圖這個碗，是調製泡泡冰專用碗喔！</p>

<p>＃藝術陶瓷</p>



<p>鶯歌在1950年代主要生產彩繪花器、動物擺設、神像、人物雕塑、造型酒瓶等廣義的藝術陶瓷產品。1970年代開始投入生產仿製古代中國宮廷瓷器，同時也隨著台灣陶藝發展，讓鶯歌陶藝向文化創意產業發展，開創更多元的產品面向。</p>

<p>＃建築陶瓷</p>



<p>鶯歌陶瓷產業在發展初期，主要建築陶瓷產品是磚、瓦。二戰後也投入生產馬桶、洗臉盆並逐漸擴展到熱水器、水龍頭等衛浴與廚具設備。隨著台灣建築營造業的需求，1970年代也開始生產磁磚。</p>



<p>＃衛生陶瓷</p>



<p>講到衛浴設備，一定會提到和成公司。<a href="https://www.ecf.com.tw/tw/article/show.aspx?num=6894&amp;root=4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">邱和成先生</a>是泉州吳姓家族的姻親，接手經營岳父吳洗的事業，以陶瓷業起家並創立和成製陶部，經過九十幾年的打拼，如今已是多角化經營的現代企業。</p>

<p>＃工業與精密陶瓷</p>



<p>工業陶瓷產品大多屬於工具的器材零組件，以功能性為考量，日治時期生產陶器水管、工業用容易，二戰後投入生產砂輪、礙子等產品。</p>



<p>精密陶瓷則在1970年代逐漸發展，生產航太、電子、機械、醫學等領域的組件和產品。</p>



<p>下圖這個<a href="https://www.tripmoment.com/trips/975457738" target="_blank" rel="noopener">國王牌插座</a>，出自新太原電磁陶器廠。這個品牌已不存在，但在陶瓷老街的老街陶館裡有詳細介紹，旁邊的星巴克外牆上，也保留了國王牌的商標，不妨也前去欣賞。</p>

<p><a href="https://digital.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/zh-tw/Collection/2_33.htm?90" target="_blank" rel="noopener">許自然先生</a>研發的國產砂輪第一號，其所創立的<a href="https://www.economic.ntpc.gov.tw/FactoryTravel/Detail/18" target="_blank" rel="noopener">市拿陶藝</a>，也是台灣仿古陶瓷重要的產製業者。</p>

<p>鶯歌陶瓷產業在1980年代達到高峰，但因各種因素面臨停滯，業者力求轉型，公部門也透過許多活動，來打造整體地方產業形象。</p>

<p><a href="https://eshop.anta.com.tw/about?srsltid=AfmBOoqPyhIfdUza80yMKk7GS2vKaJ4VRRkpEpBkA6N_1lm8EBnMfyTS" target="_blank" rel="noopener">安達窯</a>成立於1976年，現今由第四代的四姊弟接手經營。其陶瓷作品曾多次被選為國家贈送外賓的禮品，安達窯也是許多星級主廚和企業合作的首選品牌</p>

<p><a href="https://www.shuspottery.com/pages/brandstory" target="_blank" rel="noopener">新旺集瓷</a>的茶杯作品。自1926年於鶯歌開始營業，店名來自於第二代窯場主理人許新旺先生之名，目前傳承到第四代，也創設計品牌集瓷 cocera。</p>



<p>店面位於陶瓷老街，二樓有許新旺陶瓷紀念博物館，一樓陶藝教室與門市，很值得一訪。</p>

<p>這個<a href="https://art.ltn.com.tw/article/breakingnews/4234170" target="_blank" rel="noopener">互動式體驗機台</a>，在重現鶯歌早年的家庭<a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=Culture_Object&amp;id=234437" target="_blank" rel="noopener">馬賽克</a>代工。</p>



<p>早年許多鶯歌家庭會接受業者委託，把磁磚放在模具中排成固定尺寸與圖樣，再黏貼牛皮紙或網子固定磁磚。</p>

<p>這也是另一種早年家庭代工形式：協助剪裁花紙並浸水產生黏性，將花紙黏貼在上釉的胚體表現，再送回工廠由業者燒製成品。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">回看所來處</h2>



<p>第一個展廳探討「十七世紀後陶瓷與台灣的關係」，先從台灣社會與經濟的面向，歸納台灣陶瓷的整體發展情形，再從民間信仰、傳統生活、傳統建築的面向，呈現陶瓷在台灣文化的重要性。(摘自導覽文字)</p>



<p>在一進門的左手邊，陳設這三個碗。導覽老師提醒：由左到右分別是十七世紀中葉、二十世紀初期、二十世紀中葉的產品，這三個時間點是台灣陶瓷發展的重要階段。</p>

<p>距今約六千年前的<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E6%96%B0%E7%9F%B3%E5%99%A8%E6%97%B6%E4%BB%A3" target="_blank" rel="noopener">新石器時代</a>，台灣就開始做陶，直到十七世紀荷蘭人、西班牙人以台灣為國際貿易駐點後，台灣走向新的歷史階段，也讓台灣的陶瓷文化有顯著變化。</p>



<p>這個牆上的台灣地圖，分別標示著在不同地點，陶瓷發展的重要大事。例如西元1624年，荷蘭人在台南興建<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E5%AE%89%E5%B9%B3%E5%8F%A4%E5%A0%A1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">熱蘭遮城</a>，聘請中國工匠燒製磚。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(一)陶瓷與海上貿易</h3>



<p>十七世紀時，台灣成為國際海上貿易的重要轉運站。陶瓷是當時海上貿易的重要商品，裝載貨物的容器，以能當成穩定船艙的重物。當時開墾先民已在本土製陶，但仍持續進口中國大陸、東南亞等地區的陶瓷商品。(摘自導覽文字)</p>



<p>下圖這個四耳甕屬於高溫硬陶，是十七世紀前半台灣島內最具代表性的進口陶罐類型，產地可能來自閩南一帶。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(二)陶瓷與台灣開墾</h3>



<p>台灣開始有顯著的開發活動，是十七世紀前半<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E8%8D%B7%E5%85%B0%E4%B8%9C%E5%8D%B0%E5%BA%A6%E5%85%AC%E5%8F%B8" target="_blank" rel="noopener">荷蘭東印度公司</a>將台灣作為貿易駐點之後。荷蘭人為了興建熱蘭遮城，僱用漢人工匠在台灣燒製磚，間接引進中國製陶技術。根據連橫《<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%87%BA%E7%81%A3%E9%80%9A%E5%8F%B2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">台灣通史</a>》記載，明鄭政權的<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E9%99%B3%E6%B0%B8%E8%8F%AF_(%E6%98%8E%E9%84%AD)" target="_blank" rel="noopener">陳永華</a>有教導民眾燒製屋瓦，是中國製陶技術傳入台灣的明確記錄，此後台灣製陶轉變為以開墾移民帶來的原鄉技術為主。(摘自導覽文字)</p>



<p>下圖這個凳/臼，導覽老師表示，這器物可坐也可研磨食材，一物兩用。常常介紹到這個器具，參與者的反應都是：「有先擦過吧？」「這樣衛生嗎？」🤣</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(三)陶瓷與現代化</h3>



<p>台灣在十九世紀末期逐步鋪設鐵路、架設電報與建置電力等硬體建設，開始現代化發展的基礎。到了二十世紀初，台灣開始發展科學、農業&#8230;&#8230;等領域的現代化。這時期的台灣陶瓷不僅是日用器皿，也被用來製作成管道、便器、電器等新器物與新建材。這時期歐洲歐洲、日本等地的建築風格也被引進台灣，影響台灣特殊的街景風貌。</p>



<p>下圖是當時生產的磚燒大水管。陶管主要埋在地下、牆中作為排水支用，也可作為自來水管線。日治時期公共建設中，陶管需求量非常大，隨目的不同有多種規格。</p>

<p>日治時期台灣最初開發的衛浴陶瓷是這種蹲式便器。將陶土片貼在模型上擠壓，製成器身各個部分，再加以接合修整而成，全器施以透明鉛釉。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(四)陶瓷與工業經濟</h3>



<p>台灣經濟在二十世紀前半進入工業化發展階段，從農產加工業逐漸擴展到金屬、化學等工業。陶瓷產業也在當時引進化學原料、機械設備與工業化生產方式。</p>



<p>台灣陶瓷業者從日本引進新式原料、電動工具和以煤炭、瓦斯為燃料的窯爐，也學習日本製作繼續與風格。</p>



<p>下圖的紅陶褐釉碗，製作粗糙，燒成溫度偏低，孔隙率和吸水率極高，使用一段時間後就會發出惡臭而不堪使用。(現在好難想像有陶碗會使用一陣子就發出惡臭不能再用&#8230;&#8230;.)</p>

<p>剔花虎紋大盤是南投水里製品，不用於一般飲食，是祭祀時盛放牲禮用的「牲禮盤」。</p>

<p>磚胎大象。作為花台使用，背上平台可以放一個花盆。這種花台在1960、1960曾大量生產，以供應在台美軍和外銷所需。</p>

<p>陶瓷在台灣民間信仰中，常被用來製作成神像與祭祀禮器，或是作為具有避邪功用的器物，擺設或裝飾在傳統建築或聚落之中。陶器製的祭祀禮器大多製作精巧，並且要符合「<a href="https://openmuseum.tw/muse/digi_object/45b955b09752b6e7018c2be76e742a05" target="_blank" rel="noopener">魯班尺</a>」上的吉祥尺寸。尺寸通常較小，用於小廟或家庭中供奉。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(六)陶瓷與傳統生活</h3>



<p>這一區展示了以陶瓷製成的廚具、寢具，和日常生活接近，看得也是興味盎然。</p>



<p>下圖是儲物容器(阿嬤家會出現的東西)：最大的是缸，多用來存米和水(地上後排)；中等的是甕，多用來儲存酒或醃漬食物(地上前排)；玻璃櫃裡的是罐，通常裝鹽、油等日用品。</p>

<p>牆上陳列的各色盤子，也讓人看得津津有味。導覽老師也特別指出幾個：右下角上繪蝦子的橢圓盤子，蝦因為「腹足」而有「富足」之意；中間有盤子上繪富士山和椰子樹，可能是被日本技師影響。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(七)陶瓷與傳統建築</h3>



<p>台灣傳統建築常以不同尺寸和形狀的磚，搭配不同堆砌工法形成各樣型態，因此磚兼具實用性和美觀。</p>



<p>傳統建築中使用的磚分為「青磚」與「紅磚」，皆由黏土燒製而成。其中青磚是燒製時經過還原反應，讓表面呈現青灰色，防水性與耐用性比紅磚好，但紅磚製作較容易、成本較低，也是福建移民原鄉的傳統建材，所以台灣傳統建築大多使用紅磚。</p>



<p>這個窗花是四瓣柿子，隱含著「事事如意」之意。(永遠玩不膩的諧音梗！)</p>

<p><a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E4%BA%A4%E8%B6%BE%E9%99%B6" target="_blank" rel="noopener">交趾陶</a>是由華南傳入臺灣的一種特殊製陶技術，常用於燒製神像。</p>



<p>這座天官賜福的神像，下巴和兩腮的鬚毛栩栩如生，讓人忍不住駐足細看(劃錯重點)</p>

<p>磚雕是台灣傳統建築常見的裝飾方式。在土胚上雕刻圖案再燒製的方式稱為「窯前雕」，在磚的成品上雕刻則稱為「窯後雕」。您可以分辨，下面哪一個是窯前雕，哪一個是窯後雕嗎？😊</p>

<p><a href="https://www.1920t.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">馬約利卡磁磚(花磚)</a>：約在二十世紀初期從日本引進台灣，圖樣有仿歐式日然花草、日式山水田園、中式傳統吉祥符號等等。製作工法上以壓模成形，手工繪製上釉，再低溫窯燒而成。</p>

<p>陸續造訪陶博館幾次，深感這裡蘊藏著數不盡的寶藏，值得細細品味，一訪再訪。將分成數篇文章來介紹陶博館。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">「建築師是以石頭寫詩的人」</h2>



<p>陶博館座落於<a href="https://www.google.com.tw/maps/place/24%C2%B056&#039;58.3%22N+121%C2%B021&#039;08.8%22E/@24.949537,121.352446,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m4!3m3!8m2!3d24.949537!4d121.352446?entry=ttu&amp;g_ep=EgoyMDI1MDgxMC4wIKXMDSoASAFQAw%3D%3D" target="_blank" rel="noopener">新北市鶯歌區文化路200號</a>，自89年1月3日掛牌成立，同年11月26日開館啟用，並於99年12月25日配合新北市升格改為新北市立鶯歌陶瓷博物館。</p>



<p><a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0G289653561917500445" target="_blank" rel="noopener">交通十分便利</a>，可自行開車，或搭乘火車、客運、公車等到訪。步行可至<a href="https://newtaipei.travel/zh-tw/attractions/detail/110661" target="_blank" rel="noopener">鶯歌老街</a>和<a href="http://ntcart.museum/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">新北市立美術館</a>，認真逛三天都逛不完。在出發前也可確認一下<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0L196418676818644838&amp;sid=0L196423054308732923" target="_blank" rel="noopener">購票資訊</a>，有些身份可以免費，要記得帶證件。(不要像我明明是新北市民，有次去忘記帶錢包，硬是付了80元)</p>



<p>博物館外給人第一印象是簡潔俐落的灰白色的基調，作為陶瓷的完美陪襯。<a href="https://www.cw.com.tw/article/5009274?template=fashion&amp;tos=true" target="_blank" rel="noopener">根據報導</a>，建築師簡學義的設計構想，是因應陶瓷展覽品不需要控制溫度、溼度的特性，引進充分的自然光。淡灰色的建築主體，運用的建築材料是清水混擬土、鋼骨結構、玻璃帷幕和洗石子牆壁。</p>



<p><a href="https://www.gvm.com.tw/article/9988" target="_blank" rel="noopener">簡學義</a>也表示，所有技巧的背後，是對本質的瞭解。「建築師是以石頭寫詩的人，建築可以超越物質的存在，而進入心靈世界，」。</p>

<p>光是陶博館的外觀，就有許多建築師的巧思，值得駐足細品。</p>



<p>在《<a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010363453?srsltid=AfmBOooQVd3jaOZTTlmHbwltUW5YMI7SfA3S9sGErXReMxpRclfxA72U" target="_blank" rel="noopener">遊戲.光盒子-陶博館建築專輯</a>》中讀到陳成章先生的文章，他寫道：</p>

<p>陶博館位於鶯歌與三峽之間繁忙通衢的文化路旁，頻頻往復的重型砂石車凸顯了紛擾的環境與博物館的空間屬性如何扞格；是以建築師以「圍城」的形式；在基地周邊築起三至十一米高的圍牆或木格柵，阻絕不良的外在環境。而此「外牆圍合、局部留設出入口」的方式更創造似於中國道教傳說中的「壺天模式」，亦即以狹小的葫口加上寬闊的壺腔行程「福地洞天」的葫蘆式仙境意象。</p>

<p>主建築前方臨水面瀑，水面逐波不絕似海水流湧，建築似島立居海上，這番風景又可比擬於中國神話海上「蓬萊仙島」中的三山(蓬萊、方丈與瀛洲)意境。於是，「壺天模式」與「蓬萊仙島」兩個深具傳統文化內涵的仙境意象提供了令人神往的空間格局與氛圍，正可與博物館空間的屬性相合，開啟了「遊園」的想像先端。</p>

<p>另外在同一本書中，<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E9%98%AE%E6%85%B6%E5%B2%B3" target="_blank" rel="noopener">阮慶岳</a>先生這麼寫道：</p>

<p>幾乎直接臨街的都市尺度，讓陶博館容易就混身入到其他街上的建築群裡，不小心甚至就會錯失過去。穿過橋的入口線性廊道，看下去是有如私庭院的水庭，尺度與氛圍都導引暗示向一種更私己、非共屬的心靈空間經驗；大廳主空間雖然尺度巨大，然而是個讓出來的虛體空間，發聲者則是無權力意涵的光線，讓每一個人都能無私也無畏地直接與與光做對話。</p>

<p>真是「內行看門道，外行看熱鬧」，有幸讀到內行專家的文章，也讓我這外行人能摸到一點皮毛，更懂得欣賞陶博館的美。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">常設展：走向從前&#8212;台灣傳統製陶技術</h2>



<p>陶博館的空間是地上三層，地下兩層，本篇介紹一樓。本樓層有陶品集(文化商品店)、諮詢服務區、常設展(走向從前&#8212;台灣傳統製陶技術)、陽光特展室等區域，除常設性展覽與特展外，也會不定期舉辦各式表演或體驗活動。</p>



<p>挑高的大廳，陽光散落而下。一進館左手邊是文化商店、櫃檯和寄物櫃(可向櫃檯登記後免費使用)，旁邊也有廁所和飲水機，十分便利。</p>



<p>寄物櫃旁邊是蛇窯中段展示品。陶博館特別聘請<a href="https://www.snakekiln.com.tw/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">水里師傅</a>搭建，依循古法縮小比例所製成。蛇窯通常依山坡而建，遠遠望去就像一條蛇。目前鶯歌所知最早的製陶窯爐就是蛇窯。窯體大，煙囪要高；但是太高會造成空氣流動快，浪費燃料，比利如何也需要拿捏。</p>

<p>蛇窯側邊的孔洞，是燒到一半為了觀察和二次投薪用。</p>

<p>順著往前走右轉，就會進入常設展，來認識製陶技術。</p>

<p><br>牆壁上展示常見的幾種燒陶燃料，早期多用自然材，也會因地緣和燒製程序考量去挑選燃料。導覽老師表示，以前北部多用相思木，南部多用龍眼木。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(一)土</h3>



<p>土的形成：黏土是含水的矽酸礬土鹽礦物的混合物，是地球表面的冷卻物質經長時間變遷風化與侵蝕而成的產物，多分布在各種沉積鹽礦中。</p>



<p>「水」夾帶碎粒對岩石產生互相磨損的機械作用，長時間反覆作用下，細小的泥粉隨著水流沉積形成了黏土。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"> (二)形</h3>



<p>形：創造力的表現精靈。可分成手工成形和機器成形兩大類。前者有手擠胚和手拉胚兩種，後者是日治時期引進，得以大量化生產，把台灣陶瓷帶入現代化時代。</p>



<p>這裡展示運用不同模具來完成特殊造型的技法，以及製作圓型器的轆轤拉胚。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(三)飾</h3>



<p>飾：美的方法，分為裝飾和修飾。</p>



<p>大型物件多是簡單貼花(用土先做好圖案再貼到胚體上，可造成浮雕效果)或拍打紋路，小型的則是以模具製作再去裝飾。</p>



<p>下圖是我覺得最特別，名為「螢手」，景德鎮盛行的鏤空雕刻技法。</p>



<p>先在胚體上雕刻出小洞，素燒後施予透明性釉藥再燒，鏤空的小洞被釉藥填滿，光線穿透下，散發出螢火蟲般的光芒，被稱為「螢手」又名「米粒燒」。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(四)釉</h3>



<p>釉：美麗的彩衣。</p>



<p>釉藥是黏附在陶器胚體表面的粉末，在燒製過程中全部融化，熔合在一起生成一層與胚體緊密結合的新材料，冷卻後不會再回到先前的組織成分。除了讓陶瓷更加美觀，其容易清洗和抗酸鹼等特性，也讓陶瓷器皿更符合實用需求。</p>



<p>最原始的釉藥是天然灰釉，以前人觀察胚體經過燃燒，會產生不同質地，故生產出不同釉藥。</p>



<p>以燒成溫度來分，可分成低溫(650-1100度)、中溫(1200-1250)、高溫(1280度以上)。以透明度來分，可分成透明、半透明、不透明。也可用成分、燒成質地等來分類。</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">(五)火</h3>



<p>經過燒製，釉藥會形成不同狀態。窯爐、溫度控制、燒材&#8230;&#8230;都會大幅影響成品。</p>



<p>窯爐依照形狀、燃料種類、燒成用途等分類，也大相徑庭。</p>



<p>氧化燒是燒製過程中持續提供充分的空氣，還原燒是刻意控制窯爐內空氣，來造成色澤的改變。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">陽光特展室</h2>



<p>看完常設展，大廳另一個是「陽光特展室」，空間十分敞亮。腳下的大理石地磚，為了避免鋪到牆就切邊，營建時的總主任精算許久，拼出幾乎沒有切邊的鋪面，這是對細節的堅持。</p>



<p>這期的展覽是「<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0J148497613881029302&amp;sid=0P191393475589059305" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2025全國兒少陶藝獎</a>」，以「站上巔峰：我的運動舞臺」為主題，邀請全國兒童與青少年以陶瓷為媒材，塑造心中的運動英雄與夢幻賽事，形形色色的動態設計十分有趣。</p>

<p>一樓的<a href="https://www.tdri.org.tw/zh-TW/news/17" target="_blank" rel="noopener">文化商店</a>也十分值得一逛。2024年台灣設計研究院執行的<a href="https://www.tdri.org.tw/zh-TW/news/17" target="_blank" rel="noopener">「新北市府博物館入口服務空間改造」</a>在陶博館正式登場，空間更顯寬敞。裡面陳列許多得到<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0K183508091511575794" target="_blank" rel="noopener">鶯歌燒認證</a>的藝術品，送禮自用兩相宜。</p>



<p>逛完了一樓，大廳中間有個Z字型長梯可步向二樓。一樓到二樓間有「玻璃長廊」，取自<a href="https://tcmb.culture.tw/zh-tw/detail?indexCode=online_metadata&amp;id=108096" target="_blank" rel="noopener">隧道窯</a>的意象，標記陶工的辛勤努力。出太陽時烈日曝曬，不宜久待，若是雨天想必另有番風味。</p>

<p>站在Z字型長梯的中間，導覽員說明：往園區後方看是<a href="https://museum.haishan.ntpu.edu.tw/%E5%82%B3%E7%B5%B1%E7%94%A2%E6%A5%AD/%E9%B6%AF%E6%AD%8C/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">昔日出產黑土的尖山</a>(如今已被建築物擋住，只能看到一個小小山頭)，往大門口方向則是鶯歌溪。</p>

<p>陶博館的二樓是常設展，三樓是約半年會換一次的特展，都十分值得一看。今天先來聽特展的導覽。</p>



<p>這次的特展主題是「<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0J148497613881029302&amp;sid=0P096402230585033554" target="_blank" rel="noopener">相遇：台灣陶瓷的美術風景</a>」，光是名稱就耐人尋味。</p>



<p>今天的導覽老師，恰好是去年在<a href="https://www.yinggeopenhouse.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">產地開放日</a>聽過他導覽的文達老師，十分有緣。聽老師分享，每天從泰山坐公車來陶博館當導覽志工，超過二十年仍堅持不輟，真是令人敬佩！大家若去陶博館聽導覽，也可以和文達老師好好請教喔！</p>



<p>老師首先說明，構圖、顏料和燒製這三個因素，都會讓平面作畫和在陶瓷上作畫大大不同，沒有想像中直觀，願意挑戰在陶瓷上作畫的藝術家，都十分有勇氣。</p>



<p>另外，所謂的「相遇」，是指工藝和美術的相遇、畫家和陶瓷的相遇、寫實和抽象的相遇、傳統與現代的相遇、中國水墨風格和西洋繪畫的相遇這五大議題。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、古典驚奇：柳暗花明又一村</h2>

<p>在第一區「古典驚奇」，老師特別介<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E6%9E%97%E8%91%86%E5%AE%B6" target="_blank" rel="noopener">林葆家</a>先生的作品，名為「萬紫千紅」。</p>



<p>林(1915-1991)被譽為「台灣現代陶藝之父」，本是學醫，後來到京都學陶藝，對釉藥十分有研究。</p>



<p>根據維基百科：1966～1974年遷居鶯歌，協助改進製陶技術。提供知識與實務心得給業界，台灣陶瓷工業同業公會聘為顧問。1969 年起於《窯業月刊》雜誌專欄撰寫「陶瓷器初級講座」4年共專文45篇。並<a href="https://www.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/xmdoc/cont?xsmsid=0J149505817291406144" target="_blank" rel="noopener">受聘</a> 擔任教育廳、陶瓷公會 1969 年在鶯歌為業者開辦的「陶瓷工業訓練班」，講授陶瓷知識和技術。</p>

<p>顏水龍先生的作品：向日葵花盤。</p>



<p><a href="https://www.twpeace.org.tw/wordpress/?p=2803" target="_blank" rel="noopener">顏水龍</a>是臺灣邁向現代工藝及近代美術設計的奠基者與推動者，也是研究、描繪台灣原住民文化的先驅者。</p>



<p>顏水龍先生的向日葵作品，也和台中有名的伴手禮「太陽餅」有段故事：</p>



<p>民國54年臺中自由路上的太陽堂聘請顏水龍先生，創作「向日葵（太陽花）壁畫」，以呼應「太陽」店名，馬賽克鑲嵌壁畫特別醒目，堪稱鎮店之寶，連同太陽堂的商標及產品包裝皆出自顏水龍之手。在戒嚴年代，卻因此惹來警備總部等情治單位關切，認為「太陽堂」、「太陽花」，讓人聯想到《<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E4%B8%9C%E6%96%B9%E7%BA%A2" target="_blank" rel="noopener">東方紅</a>》歌詞裡寫的「東方紅，太陽升，中國出了個毛澤東」，根本就是為匪宣傳，餅鋪屢遭盤查，不得不自行用木板封閉25年之久，直至民國78年解嚴後，太陽花壁畫才得以重見天日。</p>

<p>在第二個展間，<a href="https://www.thinkingtaiwan.com/content/5737" target="_blank" rel="noopener">陳景容</a>先生的「高山婦人」，十分吸引我的眼光。</p>



<p>他是「<a href="https://zh.wikipedia.org/zh-tw/%E4%BA%94%E6%9C%88%E7%95%AB%E6%9C%83" target="_blank" rel="noopener">五月畫會</a>」的成立者之一，師大美術系畢業後前往日本深造，是台灣第一位壁畫碩士，同時專精於素描、瓷畫、油畫、銅版畫、石版畫和馬賽克鑲嵌畫，被認為是台灣創作最多元的畫家之一。</p>

<p><a href="https://digital.ceramics.ntpc.gov.tw/zh-tw/Collection/2_44.htm?60" target="_blank" rel="noopener">趙國宗</a>先生的「蝴蝶舞瓷版」也十分有意思。1990年後在藝術創作上以陶瓷繪畫為主，內容多半表現民俗童趣世界，素有「童趣畫家」之稱。</p>

<p><a href="https://okapi.books.com.tw/article/18040" target="_blank" rel="noopener">倪瑞宏</a>的作品：砲火鍋系列-土星少女與她的狗。</p>



<p>認識這位藝術家，是從一本韓國小說《<a href="https://www.momoshop.com.tw/goods/GoodsDetail.jsp?i_code=13053196&amp;Area=search&amp;mdiv=403&amp;oid=1_1&amp;cid=index&amp;kw=%E5%A5%B3%E5%A4%A7%E7%95%B6%E5%AE%B6&amp;memid=6000022486&amp;cid=apuad&amp;oid=1&amp;osm=league" target="_blank" rel="noopener">女大當家</a>》開始，很喜歡她繪製的台版封面：冷靜霸氣，一臉自信的年輕女生坐在太師椅上，腳邊還有兩隻貓，形成奇妙的反差感。女主角「一人出版社老闆」，雇用自己的爸媽當員工，一家五口(三人兩貓)的奇妙故事。</p>

<p>倪瑞宏作品：娃娃屋。當下看展時沒想太多，後來聽podcast，策展人說創作者表示：她自己就是小孩的娃娃屋。</p>



<p>以「仙女」自居的<a href="https://www.taipeinewhorizon.com.tw/experts-view/qgbladwuia" target="_blank" rel="noopener">倪瑞宏</a>，出版過《<a href="https://www.momoshop.com.tw/goods/GoodsDetail.jsp?i_code=8613772&amp;Area=search&amp;mdiv=403&amp;oid=1_1&amp;cid=index&amp;kw=%E4%BB%99%E5%A5%B3%E6%97%A5%E5%B8%B8%E5%A5%87%E7%B7%A3&amp;memid=6000022486&amp;cid=apuad&amp;oid=1&amp;osm=league" target="_blank" rel="noopener">仙女日常奇緣</a>》，十分值得一讀。</p>

<p>1970年代，鶯歌在地的市拿陶藝公司推動藝術陶瓷的生產，助長了創作風氣。</p>



<p><a href="https://www.mygonews.com/news/detail/news_id/113990" target="_blank" rel="noopener">市拿陶藝</a>在1972年由許自然先生創立，初期主要燒製仿古陶瓷。在創業之始，將天然瓦斯管線引入鶯歌，改善先前燃煤四角窯對環境的影響，並提升陶瓷產品燒製品質，營運期間更孕育許多傑出的陶瓷彩繪師。</p>



<p>工筆畫是青花瓷美感精髓，市拿堅持古法，成為鶯歌第一家仿古陶瓷。儘管過去曾被同業視為呆板守舊的異類，<a href="https://www.taiwanplace21.org.tw/NewsList_detail.php?Cata=23" target="_blank" rel="noopener">第三代傳人許文婷</a>表示：「但或許就是這樣的守舊，才能把文化完整留存下來」，這樣的堅持也有耀眼成績，過去總統府接見國賓，包括美國前總統雷根、布希、新加坡前總理李光耀等，市拿陶藝品都是贈禮。</p>



<p>值得一提的是，許自然先生原本從事工業陶瓷的砂輪生產，全臺第一片砂輪即是由他經過1226次的研發試做之後而成功。</p>
