<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第六節課請他們先初步熟悉SR網站，完成適性閱讀九宮格賓果學習單；這一節課更進一步，利用SR網站，完成自己的說書小達人學習單。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">首先根據自己的SR值，挑選一本正取、一本備用，結合美感的書目；並且在學校圖書館找到這本實體書。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">接著回答三個結合美感的書籍提問，作為第三部分的素材。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">學習單的背面是說書腳本鷹架。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這個課程對學生來說是全新的，為了降低他們的恐懼和排斥，我會盡量設計足夠的鷹架。第一次說書，只要能照著稿子唸就很棒了！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">到實際錄影的那一天，我邀請兩位自告奮勇的同學擔任攝影師；錄著錄著有同學提議，是否可以有人在鏡頭外幫忙拿著說書腳本鷹架(類似大字報的概念)，我也從善如流。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">沒想到上台同學忙著看鏡頭外的腳本，眼神明顯飄移，引來現場陣陣竊笑，上台的人也忍不住笑場。(老實說我也覺得太好笑了)</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">時間關係沒辦法錄完所有同學的說書影片，有些頻頻笑場的影片也不能用，但社團課教會我的一件事，大概就是：有時稍微放輕鬆一點也是可以的，學生不可能百分之百照著我預計的進度走。至少他們在圖書館度過歡樂的一節課，笑到無法停下來，這不也是很美好的回憶？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">希望他們以後想起學校的圖書館，回憶裡有著陣陣歡樂的大笑聲。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/20260508%e8%ae%80%e6%9b%b8%e5%91%a8%e3%80%90%e4%ba%ba%e7%94%9f%e9%96%8b%e6%8e%9b%e6%8c%87%e5%8d%97%e8%aa%aa%e6%9b%b8%e7%a7%80%e3%80%91/">在五月八號順利完成上台說書表演</a>後，我分別給四位同學三張事先準備好的文件：「表演回饋記錄表」、「慶功宴訪談大綱」和「個人肖像權及成果授權使用同意書」，讓他們利用週末好好沉澱和書寫，下週一午休開慶功宴時繳交三張文件，以及進行表演後的訪談。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">站上面對超過一千人的舞台，有什麼感受？</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">其中一位男同學寫道：「一開始非常緊張，後來稍微適應了，最後下台之後感覺很累。現在的我感到欣慰，因為我又獲得了一次很棒的經驗。」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">啊～其實不只是同學們，擔任說書教練/主持人的老師我，也很緊張啊！感謝你們一起堅持到最後！</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">另一位同學，說明自己從培訓中學到的技能：「在忘詞或講錯時能不慌張，並且在第一時間想到替代的詞或句子，能夠不慌不忙面對眼前的挑戰，不會逃避。能夠擁有更多勇氣面對台下的眼睛；也讓我更有勇氣和自信，明白努力永遠不會白費，或許不會馬上看到成果，但甜美的果實一定在不遠處！」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這真的是十三歲的學生寫出來的嗎？好真實又好動人啊&#8230;&#8230;</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這四位同學中，有一位是上學期已經上過台的同學，也是我的國文任課班同學。在尋覓下學期說書表演的人選時，她就主動爭取，表示願意再上台一次(其實她上學期的說書夥伴也想再上台一次，無奈卡到其他社團的練習時間，只好先退出)</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">慶功宴順利結束，分別把照片和影片傳給四位導師，感謝他們在背後的默默支持和鼓勵，說書秀到此圓滿落幕。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在慶功宴中，四位同學都分別對於「是否願意再上台一次」給予肯定的答覆。完成一次艱難的任務，讓他們對自己更有信心和勇氣。我想到《<a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010828484?srsltid=AfmBOorK0hSWfdQbOwWE2yRwqrzV8-_9LwI5xUmXKQGmLynubhcr38Go" target="_blank" rel="noopener">我們為什麼要活著？</a>》這本書寫道：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「成功可以給予生命意義」這句話最有道理的解釋，是我們可以成功地轉變成我們想做的那種人，而且只能靠<strong>行動</strong>來達成這一點。這種成功與其說是達成某種結果，不如說是一種<strong>過程</strong>&#8230;&#8230;這樣做的優點在於把意義置於個人掌握中，因為我們尋求轉變的目標是不受限制的。無論我們想變成好的父母、老師、藝術家、消防隊員，或就只是正直的人&#8230;&#8230;這裡的關鍵想法在於<strong>我們是「自身存在的創作者」</strong>，<strong>我們塑造了自己的身份</strong>。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在學期初尋覓說書人選時，其實有位同學深具潛力，導師也推薦，但最後選擇退出，在台下看自己的同班同學，成為全場焦點。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">而佛洛姆在《<a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0011021305?sloc=main" target="_blank" rel="noopener">愛的藝術</a>》中提到，「成熟的愛」的人具有的特徵：</p>



<blockquote class="wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow">
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">「創造性取向」：個體創造性地運用自身力量，實現自身潛能，因而是一種健康人格。</p>
</blockquote>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">身而為人，我們藉由行動創造自己的身份，成為自身存在的創造者。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">和閱推團隊討論後，覺得可以以這學年上台的五位七年級同學為「種子說書選手」，之後滾動式舉辦「大手牽小手，說出自信力」的營隊，讓他們能和之後的學弟妹開展合作，傳承自己學到的一身本領。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">下學期的期末閱推表演，邀請四位來自不同班級，有著滿滿熱忱和勇敢的七年級同學，上台說書表演。經討論後，決定兩兩一組，分別以「<a href="https://shopping.parenting.com.tw/SalePage/Index/10120126" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">13歲就開始</a>」系列中的《時間管理術》和《生涯探索術》為主題。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">從三月初就開始利用午休，在閱覽室閱讀、做簡報、寫逐字稿、反覆打磨稿子、背稿、練台風&#8230;&#8230;.也和同學們分享，之前在<a href="https://thereadingwoman.com/%e5%be%9e%e9%96%b1%e8%ae%80%e5%88%b0%e8%a1%a8%e9%81%94%ef%bc%9a%e8%ae%93%e5%ad%a9%e5%ad%90%e8%aa%aa%e5%87%ba%e8%87%aa%e4%bf%a1%e5%8a%9b20260305sr%e7%9b%b4%e6%92%ad/">林依柔老師在直播</a>中學到的說書秘訣，例如「成為小小推薦王」(說書萬用公式)、「會說書的人，不只是會講故事的人，而是會讓別人想聽你說話的人」等等。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">一轉眼就到了五月初，經過三次彩排，總算要正式上場！</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">一、《給中學生的時間管理術》</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">由於這次的說書秀時間落在七、八年級段考以及九年級會考前一週，我設定主題是「人生開掛指南」。希望同學們如電玩角色一般，聽了這兩場說書，可以學到一些帶得走走的實用能力。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">擔任主持人，先和大家問好後，進行三個暖身問答：第一題，自認「全部」都複習完的同學，寥寥無幾。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">而藉由三個暖身問題，延伸到「時間管理」的重要，介紹第一組同學出場。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這組同學閱讀《<a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010930237?srsltid=AfmBOoonf21wD4TZoTKiBL8yGCB4SVlftgH_lpoxNJj8m3ok1KlgsBQ7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">給中學生的時間管理術</a>》後，濃縮內容成為「時間管理三妙招」，分別是：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.善用時間管理四象限圖，分辨事情輕重緩急</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2.根據事情的輕重緩急，來安排考前準備實踐表</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3.根據方法一和二，規劃作息和複習進度表</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">坦白說，一開始挑這系列的書，想說受眾就是國中生，應該很容易轉化為說書內容吧？但其實書本內容雖然簡白易懂、流暢生動，但要如何轉化成吸引人的說書，也是頗費一番功夫。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">在介紹第一個妙招前，我請兩位同學加了這個思考題：</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這個「<a href="https://tw.news.yahoo.com/%E4%BA%BA%E7%94%9F%E8%B7%AF%E5%BC%95-%E8%A6%81%E4%BA%8B%E7%AC%AC-%E8%87%AA%E6%88%91%E7%AE%A1%E7%90%86%E7%AC%AC-%E4%BA%BA-%E8%AE%80%E5%8F%B2%E8%92%82%E8%8A%AC-040342019.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">大石頭理論</a>」出自暢銷經典書，史蒂芬.柯維所著的《<a href="https://www.books.com.tw/products/0010874292?sloc=main" target="_blank" rel="noopener">與成功有約</a>》，藉由同學一問一答的互動，以及具體呈現石頭擺放的圖像，成功吸引台下同學的注意。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這組同學同樣濃縮了「生涯探索三妙招」，分別是：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.透過閱讀學習相關知識</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2.互動小測驗，幫你測職業方向</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3.名人小故事，指引的標竿</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">也盡量幫他們的簡報增加互動機會、圖像等等，穿插明確的口頭說明，才能讓說書秀更顯生動。</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">從作家林楷倫身上，領悟只要保有創作動機和持之以恆的行動，「當魚販」也可以成為寫作的好素材，讓自己嶄露頭角。</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">三、幾點省思</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">1.這次四位同學來自不同班級，七年級難免有些生澀，如何在有限時間內培養默契是個考驗。另外，參照上學期是七、八、九年級各一組上台；七年級的確經驗較不足，但初生之犢不畏虎，可塑性高，表現也是可圈可點。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">2.雙人說書有個考驗點：如何自然流暢的互動和適度接話。台上乍看輕鬆寫意，其實很考驗事前對細節的反覆打磨，雙方也都要背熟逐字稿，不然臨場難免驚慌。而我認爲這部分很難模組化，老師必須投入大量時間和精力陪伴，也會因應說書同學不同的特質，打磨出不同的表演方式。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">3.在這場說書秀，我有兩個「身份」：</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第一、身為「教練」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">要有足夠的自我覺察，預先留有餘裕給自己，才能在漫長的訓練期始終好好面對學生，不至於失去耐心。(不是因為學生表現不好，而是老師自己被各方事情夾擊，如果沒有調整好自己，難免會有情緒，會潑及無辜的學生)</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">另外，在表演結束下台後，交給學生以ORID法設計「表演回饋記錄表」、慶功宴訪談大綱和個人肖像權及成果授權使用同意書，讓他們利用週末好好沉澱和書寫，下週午休開慶功宴時繳交三張文件，以及進行表演後的訪談。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">這次有先給「訪談大綱」，錄影時明確較為上次順利，雙方都能更聚焦，也算是為這次「說書學習」劃下圓滿句點。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第二、身為「主持人」</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">很明顯感覺到，自己比起上學期當主持人更放得開，更有餘裕進行互動，甚至下台進行延伸的有獎徵答(雖然還是會緊張)，也很感謝閱推夥伴協助拍照。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">4.要不要教學生用AI快速生成簡報和逐字稿？我始終有些掙扎。老實說，如果教學生這些，他們甚至不用看完整本書，只要背稿就能上台。但可能我有些古板，覺得他們應該要有一次「靠自己讀完書、做簡報、寫逐字稿」的經驗，所以花很多時間陪伴和磨練。但新學年度還有沒有這樣的餘裕？我也不確定。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">5.上下學期各一場的說書表演，其實之前沒有，只是教務主任在上學期問了一句：「讀書週閱推這裡有什麼表演嗎？」我就一頭熱自告奮用開始找學生、訓練說書&#8230;&#8230;.同事事後才吐露心聲：「主任也沒說一定要怎樣，不知道你為什麼這麼投入」同事當然是出於關心，想說何必為了個不在預定計畫裡的表演，把自己搞得人仰馬翻。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">雖然有些無心插柳，也耗費許多心力，但能夠帶學生上台，在全校師生面前進行說書秀，我相信對學生是很難得的體驗，對我亦是。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">回到學校整個閱推版圖，或許閱推老師/團隊也該自問，在新學年度，說書秀應該放在「時間管理四象限」的哪個區塊？</p>
